Awesome location

The apartment was at a convenient location. We could walk to shops and restaurants. Our host, Lissette, answered all of our questions. The Cottrell House is a nice place to stay!

Lovely visit to Damariscotta

This is lovely, cozy, clean property. It's a great location -it was so easy to walk to everything - shops, coffee/tea, the views, and restaurants. There was an outside seating area that we used every day. We were so comfortable there we didn't want to leave!

Wonderful Stay! Will Book Again!!

Lissette was an amazing host – so hospitable and accommodating! She was very quick to answer all of our questions. The space was cozy, clean and comfortable and it’s located in the heart of town! We would absolutely rent this apartment from Lissette again when visiting Damariscotta!

Charming In-Town Hideaway!

Located in the heart of downtown Damariscotta, this apartment was walkable to fantastic dining and amenities, yet quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Access to the river at the end of the property and the adorable outside area with fire pit added to the charm. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept better than we have in months! A great find for a small family. We can't wait to return next year!!
