The pool area offers an outdoor BBQ kitchen with fridge and a large dining table with seating for 10 people. These facilities are for the tenants use. A shower and toilet is also available in the pool area. The pool area is common with the second house which belongs to the owner of the property. The owner's house is not rented out and the tenants may use the pool and barbeque area exclusively.

Satellite television and Wi-Fi internet are available (Wi-Fi also in the pool area). The house has an advanced underfloor heating and cooling system with integrated dehumidifiers. There are no noisy, unpleasant air condition units which typically cause a stream of cold air.
