About the property

5 Bed Villa Set In Over 2 Acres With Private Pool And Olive Grove

Open plan living with sliding doors leading out on to a terrace with 270 degree views of the mountains and sea, and, a stunning 5m x 13m swimming pool . A fabulously equipped kitchen goes out onto a generous undercover terrace for dining which provides a brand new summer kitchen with double BBQ overlooking the boules pitch. This is a secure, private villa set behind a large wooden electric gate in over 5000m2 of land which boasts olive, fig, peach, apple, pear and array of citrus trees. The villa is comfortably presented using neutral tones for the décor, fresh white linens and modern furnishings. Totally quiet, with amazing views, but only minutes from lively Valbonne and ideal for exploring the Cote d'Azur, this is a super villa for a family and/or friends holiday.

Re-landscaping: This villa has had a fantastic exterior facelift, including a new summer kitchen which has views across to the Mediterranean, and provides a wonderful area to cook and socialise whilst playing a game of boules. The outdoor terraces have been re-landscaped to make the most of the amazing views and there is a sun terrace looking over the sea and Gorge du Loup with water feature below. Then as well as the terrace directly by the villa, there are steps leading down to the new 5m x 13m pool. This is a flat bottomed pool, with two infinity edges and a large, broad stepped, shallow entry area for toddlers to splash in, or adults to laze in. The pool house is opposite, providing a shaded area by the pool, and a great spot to watch the colours of the sun setting on the Gorge, with an open fire during the spring or autumn months.

The property was stunning and far more than I imagined, can you ever get tired of the those views !! The pool and gardens cannot be put across via photos, you have to see it to belive it. A must is eating in the old town square at Valbon, stunning food and location

Would definitely recommend!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had the pleasure of holidaying last week at this beautiful villa. We were communicated with every step of the way prior to our visit and experienced a warm welcomed on arrival. It had the feel of a home from home and we would not hesitate in coming back. Thank you all involved for making our stay a wonderful one! The Lee Family

Great Villa for a Family Holiday!

  • 4 of 5

The photos are a really good representation of the villa - we were a group of 10 including 4 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone both inside & out.

Lots of different spots to eat, sit or lounge and enough to keep the kids entertained with fantastic pool, pétanque & table tennis (bring some extra ping pong balls as we found it hard to find replacements).

The view from around the pool is beautiful if you're staying in & there's lots to do not too far from the villa - we went to hilltop towns of Grasse & St Paul de Vence, an amazing lake with pedalos with slides on top and canyoning which was excellent fun!

Easy check in/out process & plenty of info about things to do/see & restaurants in welcome folder.

Valbonne is a beautiful little old town, with everything you need - shops, restaurants around a little square & a weekly market - close by car but a longer (probably a good 15-20 mins) steepish walk downhill there & uphill back.

In summary, it was a great place to spend a week with family!

Need serious maintenance and updating

  • 2 of 5

We rented this house (5 pers) for one week in June 2017. Like to give you some comments to this property.

Generally, both the house and the garden needs a good deal of maintains

Outside tiles very dirty. Cheap and simple furniture, missing cushion.

No alarm for the pool. No rails to support inn/out of pool

One pole, holding the sun sail broken and need immediately to be repaired . If it brakes, it can seriously injure you.

And, and, and, through out the week there was a smell of sewage in the house and especially in the barbecue area.

Inside, all sliding doors are more ore less stuck and you must use force to open/close them, lock broken.

The shower in master bedroom broken. Washer ok, but can't find the dryer.

All kitchen equipment, the cheapest you can buy and many of them damage.

( 4 different frying pans, all damaged)

We did not use the downstairs, but it seems to be very damp . The small kitchen had a incredibly dirty freezer

Chemin des Colles is a quiet road in the exclusive residential area of Notre Dame de Brusc, named after it's stunning church. Located in the district of Chateauneuf, the villa is only a 2 minute drive / 25 minute walk from the stunning village of Valbonne, with it's wonderful market, shops, art studios and cloistered square, packed with restaurants. For those of an active nature, there is a super local tennis centre and over 9 excellent 18 hole golf courses within 15 mins. The closest of these, 1km away, is the championship course Golf de la Grande Bastide. Full details of all the courses are listed at the villa. In winter, a variety of skiing is available 45 - 90 minutes away.

Nice Airport is 30 km, the perfume town of Grasse just 10 minutes, Cannes 15 minutes and the beautiful sandy beaches of Theoule and La Napoule 30 minutes. Lac St Cassien, which children love, is also not far.

Seaview really is an extremely well positioned choice for a family and/or friends holiday.

Other Activities: Gliding, perfume making

Golf: There are 9 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Seaview, the closest being the championship Grand Bastide only 2 minutes away. Full details of the courses can be requested from the owner, including booking details and prices.

Ski: The family resort of Greolieres is a 50 minute drive away and great for a days skiing. Boot and ski rental is available there. Other larger resorts such as Auron, Limone and Isola 2000 can be reached within a couple of hours.
