A comfortable apartment on a nice compound

We had a nice stay in this apartment. It has everything for a nice and comfortable break in Ibiza. Spacious and clean. Although we do not choose apartments very often for a holiday (more the detached house type of people), we choose this one for being close to the sea and shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Be aware that this is a crowded area and also partly residential. Parking space is an issue. We rented a car, but even in low season (end of april) it was difficult to find a parking space close to the apartment. Help and assistance from Jo was great! She lives near by. When we were there it was too cold to use the pool, but the compound garden and pool look great!

Great apartment

This apartment has everything it says on the package.The ease of booking was made simple by Darrells efficiency.We were met on site by his representative Jo who who most helpful and friendly,and gave us a full run down on the area. The property overlooks San Antonio Bay with great sea views.

The apartment was very clean and tidy,beds were good.The cooker was a bit dated but i believe is due to be replaced.

The roof terrace was an added treat,especially if you want to top up your tan!

The pool was fantastic,never that busy apart from weekends when other permanent residents made more use of it.There was no trouble getting a sun bed at any time.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.A local supermarket was excellent and had fresh bread made everyday.Eating out cost wise was reasonable as their is so much choice.Local Chinese Takeaway was good and there is a takeaway Pizza place at the end of the road.

The local beach is adequate but not brilliant.A 2km walk along the coast brings you to a nice little bay with a far better beach.

A boat trip to San Antonio is very cheap and runs from a point 5 mins away,and runs regularly.A walk to SA takes about 35 mins and it has a Lidl! We perhaps should have rented a car but is not essential.There are plenty of buses that run regularly.

Overall as a family of 4 we had a great time and wouldnt hesistate to go back.

Great home base on Ibiza

This was a perfect home base on the island. Close enough to San Antonio while being in a relatively quiet area. Plenty of transportation within walking distance, though we rented a car for the week. I would recommend doing the same if you plan on exploring this beautiful island. Darrell was great as was his contact person Jo. Absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone considering staying in the San Antonio area.

Great apartment in a great location!

Darrell was great to work with in terms of setting up the booking and sending all the relevant information across to us. Everything arrived well in advance of our departure date and the directions to the apartment were very clear and easy to follow.

In terms of the apartment itself - it was in a great location - less than a 5 minute walk to the water taxi over to San-Antonio and lots of supermarkets and restaurants just up the road.

The complex is great with ample room in the pool and more than enough sunbeds and parasols for everyone - we had lots more space than our friends who were staying in a larger hotel just along the bay.

The rooms were all very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

We'll definitely recommend this to friends and family and will definitely book again with Darrell if we are heading back to Ibiza any time soon.

Lovely Apartment with Rooftop Terrace

Fantastic top floor apartment with its own rooftop terrace which is fantastic for watching the legendary Ibiza sunset! lovely apartment with all mod cons required for a comfortable stay, very well kept and clean and spacious. Situated down a quiet street away from too much hussle, bussle, and noise, but still close enough if that's what you want. There is a lovely well keep swimming pool area that never seems to get overcrowded, even in the height of summer and a short 1 minute walk across the road to a lovely little bay beach with a nice little beach bar too which as well was never too crowded. You could also jump on the water taxi from here across the bay to the livelier part of San Antonio, not sure on price tho as we never did use it in the end. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk too but the best one by far that you MUST visit is Kumharas sunset bar and Restaurant. An absolutely stunning little place with a magic atmosphere to match and amazing food too. JUST GO you won't be disappointed. All in all a great apartment in a good location and the owner Mr Pollikett is very friendly and helpful, as is he's Management team on the complex who helped us out after getting locked out one day! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
