Ideal for families. Residential area with all services available without using vehicle. The apartment has a large outdoor terrace area with dining facilities and private garden (two terraces: one with porch and outdoor barbecue). In the complex there is a large pool surrounded by landscaped gardens, changing rooms and toilets. The apartment is fully furnished, air conditioning (including the heating function) and has 2 good sized bedrooms). Both bedrooms have large closets. The kitchen is large with breakfast table. There is a room upstairs family bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and an extra toilet downstairs. A prepared for tourism area where you can spend a relaxing yet fun holiday with plenty of activities, recreation centers and bars where the 'pescaito' is without doubt the best.

very poorly appointed apartment

We met the manager outside the property then entered the property, first impressions were good, seemed to be spacious. She then showed us round, first problem, we had to pay for the air-con by meter, no mention of this in her property description. Air-con in lounge, but air-con in one bedroom only, second bedroom should have had a fan, description states air-con throughout, one would assume, air-con would be in both bedrooms. Table and chairs for four in garden, but extra beds for sunbathing consisted of one working bed and one in cupboard in bits. These queries were met by a shrug of the shoulders and being unable to understand us.

During our stay, other problems started to arise, B.B.Q was absolutely filthy, cutlery was filthy with a cold cooked chip being found in same cutlery drawer, lights throughout property requiring bulbs, curtains throughout not being able to open and close, worse was to come.

Hair dryer couldn't be used as it was overheating and cutting out. The most serious problem was when it was noticed that the iron had bare wires in three separate parts of the cable, the iron had previously been used without being noticed. This could easily have been a fatality. Photos available if required. These issues were raised to the property owner on our checking out date, again a shrug of the shoulders and again, not able to understand us. Surely there should be safety checks carried out to these properties before holiday makers stay in them. I await in anticipation for your reply.

tres bien

Nous sommes resté 5 semaines dans cet appartement trés propre confortable avec une belle terrasse trés ensoleiller et un beau jardin avec des fleurs a courte distance des supermarches et 10 minutes a pied de puerto marina .

mais le point fort de cette location c'est sa proprietaire Cristiana

elle fait tout pour vous rendre votre séjour le plus agréable et confortable possible

elle nous a fait installé un parabole pour avoir les chaines françaises et internet

et comme elle va repeindre l'appartement il sera au top

Merci Cristina on reviendra avec plaisir l'année prochaine

Perfekt lägenhet

Vi (65+)bodde i lägenheten första veckan i november. Den passade oss perfekt; nära till strand, buss, tåg, affärer och internetcaféer. Ingen bil behövdes, det gick smidigt att ta sig överallt eftersom busstatioen ligger intill tågstationen i Malaga, vi tog oss t.ex.till Alhamdra utan besvär. Lägenheten ligger . nära till allt, men ändå i ett lugnt område. Den var mycket fräsch och föreföll helt nyrenoverad och utrustad med allt man kan önska sig. Det bästa var utetplatsen som var inbäddad av planteringar och krukor med blommor; vi åt alla måltider därute! Beskrivningen av lägenheten stämde mycket väl med verkligheten. Cristina är mycket hjälpsam och vi förstod varandra mycket bra fastän mina kunskaper i spanska och hennes i engelska var något begränsade, men det var inga problem om vi hade behövt hjälp hade vi kunnat kontakta Susana G. Jag har rekommenderat lägenheten till alla jag känner och jag och min sambo kommer säkert att återvända 2012!

Beautiful Apartment

Just to let everyone know, you can book this villa with confidence. It is first class, spotlessly clean, every amenity you could need. The gardens are beautiful and well kept, and you get the sun on your porch mid morning right through until evening. The swimming pool is spotlessly clean as are the surrounding gardens. The villa itself is beautiful, meticulously clean, absolutely nothing to fault, and Christina is a lovely lady, and very helpful. We would without any hesitation stay here time and time again 10 out of 10. Fantastic holiday 6th - 18th May 2011.

Appartement bien situé calme mais tout près des annimations.

Bien reçu à l'appartement. Belle appartement bien entretenu juste changer la literie de la chambre à 2 lits. Petit moins climatisation payante 1euro pour 4 heures par pièces...chambre à coucher clim. Pas terrible.

Dans l'ensemble cette appartement est très bien. Merci

Apartamento genial

Hemos estado el período del 03-07 al 09-07 y hemos podido disfrutar del fantástico apartamento que tienes Cristina. Mi mujer sobre todo se quedó fascinada nada mas entrar, por la limpieza, frescor (no nos ha hecho falta poner el aire acondicionado durante ese período), simpatía y tranquilidad. La verdad es que el apartamento es genial y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar, tranquilidad, buena comunicación, la playa a unos 6 u 8 minutos andando, el Dia a unos 50 metros y el LIDl a unos 200. Vamos que si vuelvo a Torremolinos, Cristina me tienes que hacer un huequecito en ese apartamento. Gracias por todo.
