The overall property is not bad, nicely decorated, good air con. Nice sound system, comfy bed. It is in a quiet area, but there is an apartment above, so you can hear people walking in their high heels, dragging the furniture around, showering, flushing the loo etc. We basically whispered to each other the whole time and we're very conscious of making any noise. We couldn't check in on time, the apartment wasn't totally clean when we arrived apparently because the cleaner hadn't arrived. couldn't open the bathroom window, so the smell of damp was pretty strong. Shower leaked everywhere. Owner was sweet and apologetic, though didn't get the internet sorted, so there was no wifi. Also they "popped round" unexpectedly one evening whilst we were chilling wanting to show someone else the property! Um, no! We felt that was a real invasion of space. Be aware that parking is extremely difficult as well. We have stayed in many places, this was IMO over priced for the space/lack of parking/noise/privacy

Owner's Response: I am sorry to hear they had such a bad time They was obviously a problem of communication...the window was open when they arrived (the previous guets broke it )I asked them not to close it I needed ti bring it to the shop to be fixed after the week end they close it ...it is an open shower so it is not a problem if there are a little bit of water on the floor it is designed for it ...Internet was desconnected after a storm I needed to have it reconfigured ,when I come with a the person to reconfigure the system I cleary noticed I was disturbing them...so I did not insist... the parkimg place in August is complicated the clud now have built a new parking I am sorry to hear that they found the flat " not really clean " they never mentioned it to me when I asked if they were happy with cleaning they did not complained I should have send the cleaner another time ... I should recommand them that they avoid Ibiza in August or rent a villa you have no neightbourg We are lucky enough to live in a quite area and there is only one flat upster so it is easy maybe or ask me to talk to the people to ask them to be less noisy

Fonctionnel et bien situé

Appartement joliment décoré, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Très bien situé, à 5 min à pieds de la cala vedella où vous trouverez des resto les pieds dans le sable. Propriétaires français super sympas, arrangeants et à l'écoute. Il y avait une erreur dans l'annonce qui affichait 2 chambres au lieu d'une en réalité, mais les proprio nous ont trouvé une solution. La terrasse dispose d'une vue agréable et dégagée sur la pinède. Par contre, elle est à l'ombre toute la journée (sauf un petit coin ensoleillé le midi), ce qui est certainement super en plein été, un peu moins pour nous qui étions là-bas en avril. Les environs sont calmes et safe.

Owner's Response: Oui en effet l appartement dispose d une chambre mais il y a possibilité de louer un studio entièrement équipé et attenant si il est libre . Effectivement la terrrasse est beaucoup plus ensoleillé en pleine saison. Nous espérons révoir Elodie et sa charmante petite famille en particulier notre petite Alice .

Verry nice apartment close to the beach (5 minute walk)

Perfect beach with verry nice restaurants.

A kitchen with more equipment than you can wish for ;-)

Pool and mini supermarket just around the corner.

Nice owner, helpful if needed and quick responce.
