About the property

Duplex 80m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very quiet.

The Myosotis is located on the second floor of our house FLORALPES involving four of our rental apartments (www. Serrechevalierappartements. Com), it is ideally located in the central street of the old village of Chantemerle, close to all amenities, 3 minutes walk , cinema, ski schools and departure tracks (the biggest of the station), very quiet and away from the road, what real vacation!

The main room includes the kitchen and living room overlooking the larch forest and a lovely south-facing balcony to enjoy the sun. A double room with shower and sink and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large quadruple room, a double bed 140cm and two 70cm single beds, a bathroom with tub and two sinks and a washing machine, separate toilet. On the same plane, a small room with two single beds 70cm.

All apartments have free WIFI access.
