Nicola Howard-Rees purchased this apartment in 1950
Beach front and enjoying unsurpassed views across the sea.
One level accommodation - magnificent views and home from home feel. The owners family home for many years . Wheel chair friendly.great views in the winter and summer..sitting at the front window watching the sea or the windsurfers,is better than watching the telly, always. Something going on...I have seen seals and dolphins,amazing........
Property was as described. Beautifully furnished. Uninterrupted sea views. Access to a soft sandy beach directly from the front garden. Lovely village with several places to eat. The White Eagle at Rhoscolyn is great. Also the Oystercatcher outside the village. We enjoyed our visit to Halen Mon. The apartment & local area is dog friendly. The owner couldn't be more helpful. We loved it so much that we've booked again for 2017 already!
Friendly, helpful owner.
Perfect location with views all round the bay, this holiday apartment was beautifully decorated, warm, well-equipped and couldn't have been any closer to the beach! On Nicky's recommendation, we tried Sandy's, Sullivans and the Oyster Catcher for evening meals and found them all to be good value and delicious. We walked for miles across the almost deserted beaches and drove around the island - all our must-see-sights were within half an hour's drive from the apartment. Coming "home" to Rhosneigr each evening was a joy, sitting on the terrace or inside with an enviable view was absolutely fabulous. Thanks again Nicky, we'll be back!
The pictures really do not do this place justice, the apartment was home from home and spotless. The owner who lives in another part of the property was the oracle and a mine of information on what was on and where to go. Sitting on the terrace enjoying the afternoon sun and an early evening drink was divine. I am planning my next stay already.
Fantastic position! A very warm welcoming holiday home.
Lovely to sit at the table looking out over the bay.
Perfect for children as you are able to sit outside watching them searching for crabs in the rock pools or playing in the sea.
Then coming inside to a cosy fire in the log burner.
We will definite repeat this visit.
