A full renovation in August 2013 has awoken this historic house and it is now glowing and ready to welcome you into its charming and romantic interior. It is located just steps from the bustling centre of Old Antibes, set in a calm pedestrian street you have numerous restaurants and cafes just minutes walk from your door.

Entering from the street into the ground floor you are in the dining area and kitchen. Exposed walls and beams are combined with a modern kitchen, and the farmhouse table is complemented with all the mod-cons of flat screen TV with DVD player. A great place to sit and relax with coffee and croissants or a glass of wine and aperitifs. The kitchen has a gas hob, and full size oven, a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also wifi throughout the house. On the ground floor there is also a separate WC and sink along with washing machine and tumble-drier. Up the stairs to the 1st floor you find a beautiful ensuite double bedroom, with a designer shower, WC and handbasin. Up again to the 2nd floor to find a romantic double bedroom which also has a single roll out sofa bed. There is a second shower room on this level. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Travelling up the final staircase to the 3rd and final level you will find a double sofa-bed, handbasin, a small fridge, along with a flat-screen TV. This 3rd floor had been fitted with air-conditioning to make it a comfortable place to sleep even on the hot summer nights, it also has doors opening to the roof terrace equipped with table, chairs and a parasol for dining and relaxing in the sunshine. The whole house benefits from double-glazing throughout.

This house is located in a calm and friendly pedestrian street in the heart of Old Antibes, all you need is just minutes walk away. The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty of public car parks close by if you decide to travel with a car, but you really do not need one in Antibes. As this is a typical Provençal town house spread over 4 floors it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
