What an amazing experience

  • 5 of 5

Stayed at villa Paulina as my daughter was getting married in dubrovnik. We were a party of 10 and the villa was more than big enough to accommodate us all. Now to the place itself...the 1930s feel with little twists of the ultra modern was quite unique. Service......what can I say. Ivan and the lovely Ivana were relentless in making our stay a happy one with little or no stress which I have to say they achieved. When I say nothing was too much trouble I mean NOTHING. From the chef preparing a wedding day brunch to getting taxis, wine, food , everything was done effortlessly. What a privilege to have been looked after so well. We will return.

Magical hosting in a magical city

  • 5 of 5

I spent my holiday for the 1st of May in Villa Paulina. The villa is very good located - on the sedside, in cozy street, but very close to the Old Town. Hosts were very polite and kind all the time - they took very good care of us and had patience for all of ours ''special wishes'' - even if we didn't announced them before.

The house is charming - we loved its' retro look outside, as well as the luxury interior and unique painted walls. Two days we also had a dinner made by the chief of the villa - they suggested us the menu, we accepted it - and weren't wrong - it was a rapsody for the palates.

The city as itself I would describe with just one word - magical. You should not miss it!

Perfect

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful villa with great facilities. Airco is a plus. I would recommend it to everyone, you can't go wrong.

It is a 10 min walk to the village which is fine and close to two nice beaches. The view is superb.

Homeowner Ivan is very flexible, relaxed and pragmatic guy

Best Villa in Dubrovnik!

  • 5 of 5

I have been to Dubrovnik a few times before. Staying in this Villa has made my experiences in Dubrovnik 100 times better. Better experience than staying at a hotel.

The Villa is very beautiful, modern, spaces, clean and practical. The design mixes the old with the new really well.

The maid Ivana and the property manager Ivan are absolutely great. They were very helpful, patient and pleasant to deal with.

They had are really good Chef that we got specifically for a group dinner one night. The food was better than going to a restaurant.

Love the view. Love the pool and large spa. Love the location. Love the variation of interior design of each the the rooms. Hard not to love this place. It was hard to leave.

Superb accommodations!

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I rented Villa Paulina for a week. My daughter along with three of her friends from St Andrews were able to join us for a bit of relaxation before finals. Ivan arranged for groceries to be there upon our arrival and for his assistant to meet us at the villa. We were able to drive directly into the garage when we arrived.

Ivan arranged a special meal which was prepared by a chef at the house. We chose a traditional Dalmation meal and thoroughly enjoyed it! He also arranged a winery tour plus lunch on the Peninsula. I highly recommend this.

Ivan and his staff paid attention to every detail and were so welcoming. I hope to return soon!
