Beautiful villa with great facilities. Airco is a plus. I would recommend it to everyone, you can't go wrong.
It is a 10 min walk to the village which is fine and close to two nice beaches. The view is superb.
Homeowner Ivan is very flexible, relaxed and pragmatic guy
I have been to Dubrovnik a few times before. Staying in this Villa has made my experiences in Dubrovnik 100 times better. Better experience than staying at a hotel.
The Villa is very beautiful, modern, spaces, clean and practical. The design mixes the old with the new really well.
The maid Ivana and the property manager Ivan are absolutely great. They were very helpful, patient and pleasant to deal with.
They had are really good Chef that we got specifically for a group dinner one night. The food was better than going to a restaurant.
Love the view. Love the pool and large spa. Love the location. Love the variation of interior design of each the the rooms. Hard not to love this place. It was hard to leave.
My sister and I rented Villa Paulina for a week. My daughter along with three of her friends from St Andrews were able to join us for a bit of relaxation before finals. Ivan arranged for groceries to be there upon our arrival and for his assistant to meet us at the villa. We were able to drive directly into the garage when we arrived.
Ivan arranged a special meal which was prepared by a chef at the house. We chose a traditional Dalmation meal and thoroughly enjoyed it! He also arranged a winery tour plus lunch on the Peninsula. I highly recommend this.
Ivan and his staff paid attention to every detail and were so welcoming. I hope to return soon!
It was my second time at the Villa Paulina and it was great!
Wow, what a fantastic property. We have stayed at many villas in several countries, but Villa Paulina may be the best. It is a beautiful villa in a great location with a very friendly and helpful owner!
We would love to stay there again!
