In order to spend a pleasant stay in Audierne Bay, we offer a charming little house ideally located, 3 minutes from the city center, its shops, its marina and 10 minutes from the beaches on foot. The car can remain parked on your private parking space!
Indeed, located in a small very quiet street, in height, it will be enough for you to descend some staircases and you are at the port of Audierne, with market, mini-market, halls, bakeries, restaurants, crêperies, tobacconists, pharmacies, shops souvenirs, local products ...

On the ground floor of this house, you will find a beautiful living room with sofas, television, DVD player, various DVDs, TV box, WiFi Internet access. The little extra for the winter months; a pellet stove.
Adjoining this living room is a functional, fully equipped and furnished kitchen (fridge-freezer, multi-function electric oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.).

A lovely stay in a lovely area

A wonderfully clean, tidy and really well equipped property within 5 mins walk of Audierne. The breakfast kitchen is so bright and airy - delightful. The property is high above the town, with access along a couple of narrow streets and tight corners. The parking can be a little awkward, but is very easily mastered with a medium sized family car. On foot, there is a nearby flight of steps leading down to the town which is reached in minutes. Audierne is a delightful port and a perfect base for exploring the stunning coastline and area. We had a great week and would happily return to this property. Thank you.

belle place, bien situé

belle place, bien situé Audierne et la côte du cap Sizun sont incomparables Petit bémol sur la description de l'accès qui était compliqué, à la limite de l'impossible avec un mini van. Les rues sont très étroites, les rayons de braquage tout autant.

Un agréable séjour à Audierne

J'ai passé un plaisant séjour ce mois de Mai dans cette jolie maison, bien rénovée et munie de tout le confort. La cuisine-pièce à manger est particulièrement agréable et lumineuse. La terrasse en bois est ensoleillée et à l'abri des regards. Un port d'attache idéal pour explorer les merveilleux chemins cotiers du cap.
