Modern and welcoming apartment has a terrace and is 3 min from the Eiffel Tower

You will immediately succumb to the charm of this beautiful apartment with modern sophistication, thanks to its brightness and to the atmosphere of well-being it gives off.

The balance of volumes, its decoration’s discreet elegance, and its flowery terrace’s charm all contribute to this feeling of peacefulness: you will quickly feel at home in this apartment.

The entrance separates the sleeping area from the living area. A few steps down, the sitting/dining room gives onto the duckboard terrace thanks to a bay window which takes up the entire wall. It extends the room and offers a very pleasant living area. The striped blind subdues the sunlight and gives a very pleasant “seaside” feeling to the room.

Indoors, a large table, armchairs, a sofa bed (offering additional bedding for two people) and a library filled with beautiful travel books: escape, dream, and relax…

Facing the entrance, you will find an open-plan kitchen with a welcoming bar to have a coffee or chat with the cook. It is very well equipped, bright, space-saving, and practical.

To the right of the kitchen, you will find the bedroom: it is welcoming and as bright as the sitting room, with a large equipped walk-in closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, a small shower and a washing machine.

The toilets are separate.

The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen.

Area description:

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a red-brick residence of the 40s, right behind the Champ de Mars. You are in a family and residential neighbourhood, very secured. A bakery is located in front of the building and a supermarket is at the end of the street. A lovely market takes place nearby twice a week.

The closest metro station is La Motte Picquet Grenelle with three metro lines: you will have quick and easy access to all the touristic site of the Capital. For the most athletic ones, there also is a “Velib” (Paris’ bicycle rental service) close by.

The Swiss village, renowned in the whole world for its antique dealers, is at the end of the street.

And don’t forget, you are a 3-minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars, which is one of Paris’s most beautiful and largest green spaces, and above all the perfect place to go for a run and to take a walk with your children.

This is the ideal place for family holidays.
