Nice duplex apartment, bright and sunny, with beautiful panoramic views of the Pyrenees, the horizon line of the ocean and towns of Saint Jean de Luz and Ciboure, including the two steeples of their churches. Equipped terrace on which to lunch. Also overlooking the pool, with exotic garden and solarium, accessible to all residents. Private Parking. Located 5 minutes from the beach on foot and 3 minutes from the shops and the pedestrian area on foot. The second and top floor. Secured residence (input video phone). Bicycle storage. Grass field near the pool games. At 20 meters the city park of Saint Jean de Luz (with games for children).

Très bon séjour à Saint Jean de luze. Merci pour l acceuil très chaleureux! Nous étions 8 au total mais malgré cela nous avons pu nous organiser pour l espace. Très belle vue depuis la terrasse et l appartement est très bien situé on peut tou faire à pieds.

Plage ou piscine telle est la question !

Belle résidence avec piscine à deux pas du centre ville, du marché, des plages.... Tout se fait à pied ! Grande terrasse avec vue sur le centre historique et la mer au loin. On reviendra !

Location très bien située en centre ville mais....

La location est parfaite et il n'y a rien à redire dessus. Cependant, certains résidents permanents sont insupportables avec les saisonniers. Du fait que ce soit LEUR RESIDENCE ils ne veulent pas qu'on joue au ballon lorsque la piscine est vide et ceux à 16h00. Deux altercations avec des saisonniers différents ont eu lieu durant notre séjour avec des résidents permanents. C'est bien triste et je ne retournerai pas dans cette résidence pour ces faits.

Séjour très agréable...

Une location très bien située, en centre ville à proximité de tout (commerces, shopping, plage et distractions), idéalement positionnée pour découvrir les lieux touristiques. Appartement très bien équipé dans bâtiment bien restauré. Balcon très agréable pour s'y prélasser ou déjeuner ou profiter de la vue (piscine, ville et montagne). Bon accueil, nous recommandons vivement cette location.
