Enjoy the location in the heart of the stations of Mont Blanc, SALLANCHES 'town in the mountains' close to the ski resorts and mountain climbing: St Gervais, Contamines, Combloux, Megève, Praz sur Arly (20minutes ) Plaine-Joux, Les Houches, Chamonix (30 minutes).

At this exceptional location, add all the distractions and entertainment in the city, many restaurants nearby, the Saturday morning market, the complex 200meters cinemas, bowling, fitness at the foot of the building a bakery , pharmacy .....

In this new building with an elevator to the second floor, east side rising sun, courtyard, the proposed apartment is not facing the avenue, you can enjoy the peace.

This is a rental of 58 m2 + terrace with views of the Mont Blanc chain of 14 m2

a total of 2 bedrooms, kitchen open to the living room and amenities.

The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, fridge-a freezer, 2 burner induction plates: all these elements integrated in a kitchen Contemporary (mobalpa) wood color and includes all kitchen utensils widely used (as well as the blender, coffee maker, toaster, cooker steam, electric kettle)

 In the living room, the lounge offers a 2 seater sofa 'relax' (electric motor) with its 80cms Television.

The entire dining room is in a Regency style cherry wood color

 The bathroom has a large shower Senior comfortable with handheld showerheads thermostatic mixing valve automatically adjusting the temperature of the water .. a beautiful basin toilet featuring a column of storage to store all products toilet and laundry ....

To suit the disability standards, the water closet is located in this space a good surface.

The master bedroom is furnished with a sleeping 2 seals mattress which gives the final in a comfortable bed 160x190, with excellent mattress.

This room is tastefully furnished in a baroque style in shades of gray-violet.

The secondary chamber is smaller, it also serves as a dressing room for the family because the closet is very large. It is furnished with a trundle bed very suitable to an adult with a very good mattress. This system may optionally by a sub recessed bed system suited to the needs of children 2 (a top and one on the second recessed bedspring as a drawer)

 In conclusion, this apartment is also suitable for a family couple + 2 children (consider 2 children up to 10 years, not two teenagers)

The car park is private basement to a specific place and access is with a remote.

The winery ski storage use, or any other warehouse on sports (The use is mandatory for storing ski equipment or other).

All charges are included in the rental. For energy the building has been awarded Promotolec Performance.

The entrance to the building is subject to the opening with code and digital lock screen in the apartment in camera image.

For the comfort of each and every one,

the apartment is non smoking, pets are not allowed.

Linens are provided.

Towels, tea towels, trash bags

are not provided.

A certificate of insurance holiday is mandatory; it is enough to claim your home insurer.

You will be greeted by the owner himself, because the personalized welcome by appointment. This appointment is necessary because the owner lives himself to 30 minutes drive from the place of rental. All documentation will be given so you can enjoy your holidays in peace and without wasting time searching ...

The rental agreement is mandatory. you will be sent directly to the time of your confirmation.
