Come and enjoy this modern apartment type 2 of 36 m2, skis, south facing, fully renovated late 2014 equipped for 4/5 people.

Privileged location and quiet, it consists of:

1 entrance with closet & storage benches

1 room with 3 beds (90 x 200) (2 + 1 bunk bed drawer) equipped with warm, cozy duvets & pillows

Open space with the living room, a fully equipped kitchen true (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, raclette, griddle, stone grill, fondue, coffee maker, ...) welcome you for meals unforgettable.

Party room, you will rest in a sofa bed (140 x 190) provided for everyday sleeping while viewing your favorite program on a flat screen TV 103 cm with a DVD player, or listening on your HiFi CD, your FM frequency, or your music previously recorded on your USB key.

Finally, if you prefer to relax in the fresh air, facing south and facing the Muzelle, balcony with sun chairs and coffee table will receive to your satisfaction.

You want to chat, surf the web, keep in touch with your friends, your office? No problem, we also thought it! Thanks to private WIFI in the apartment free unlimited option, you will be in constant contact. Photos, sporting achievements can be published via your favorite social networks in real time!

A discretion in the closet part kitchen you will find vacuum cleaner, ironing board, steam iron, bed & chair BB.

All beds are fitted with warm, cozy duvets & pillows (see dimensions tab Facilities - Room '). Possibility to rent sheets and linen services via our partner.

To ensure a perfect darkness and quiet in your sleep, the bay of stay and the bedroom window, beyond the anti-cold curtains are equipped with electrical aluminum rolling shutters control button.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  * The from Saturday from 15:30 to Saturday (departure before 10 am 00)

  * Reservation: 30% (excluding rent 'last minute')

  * Balance: 30 days before arrival (except rent 'last minute')

  * Method of payment: Cheque, Transfer, Money Order, Cash (*)

  * The rental contract is sent to you upon receipt of deposit

  

CAUTIONS:

  * A guarantee against property damage and / or securities will be required when paying the balance of the rent (uncashed check to our order)

  * Cleaning: € 60 (check payable to our partner and to deliver it in the state of fixtures. It will be returned without a receipt for your output by a total respect Household instructions given previously by our representative).

CLEANING OPTION:

At your arrival, you will be able to choose "The cleaning option." This formula, with the exception of the release of your waste, relieve you to clean on leaving the shelter. Its cost is 60 €. The subscription of this service is directly from our provider. If not to grant the above chapter 'Cleaning Caution ".

Dans la norme mais avec des inconvénients

Une location dans la norme, propre et bien située. L’immeuble n’est plus jeune mais cela reste correct.

Si vous cherchez une literie acceptable passez votre chemin : le canapé lit est vraiment très inconfortable et très dur (il n’y a pas de matelas, juste les coussins du canapé), tout comme les lits superposés (uniquement pour des enfants : il n’y a pas de sommier).

Si vous cherchez une location sans contrainte, passez également votre chemin. Les propriétaires sont exigeants et rigoureux. Vous aurez un état des lieux précis à faire tout seul (comptez une bonne heure). Cela permet de bien voir tous les petits défauts... A noter qu’ils demandent de transmettre la caution AVANT l’arrivée dans les lieux, ce qui est assez rare pour le souligner. Un peu plus de souplesse serait appréciée.

Owner's Response: Il est vraiment regrettable que vous n'ayez pas demandé assistance. Nous aurions pu vous aider à trouver le moyen de retirer les deux coussins du canapé. Vous auriez alors pu découvrir un matelas très cosi pour deux personnes. Quant à notre rigueur, elle nous est dictée par notre souci de clarté avec nos hôtes. Cela étant nous espérons que vous avez passé un agréable séjour dans nos murs.

Nous y étions avec nos petits enfants, et nous avons passé un super séjour
