Near All Activities, From Golf To Beach, Hiking, Horse Riding And Wifi!

This wonderful country house is located on the outskirts of Bunyola, a very short drive from the centre of this picturesque village of the Northwest coast of Mallorca. Its proximity to Palma and most of the best amenities not only in the village but in the whole Mallorca make this an excellent choice for a family holiday. The house has been built according to an ecological concept. Sun energy and the small organic farm are among the measures that make this property an autonomous one. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and dining room, a large living room with dining area and large garden including many fruit trees and palms. There is also a fabulous swimming pool.

The property has free wifi access and private parking for up to 2 cars.

Perfect for hiking, climing and trekking, famous Sa Gubia and wonderful itineraries are very near the property!

Please note the owners are living in the basement floor, with their own access. Pool, garden and terraces are completely private for our guests.

Somos dos parejas de escaladores, hemos estado alojados en esta magnifica casa de campo situada en la Sierra de Tramuntana. Esta bien situada ya que justo en frente a media hora andando de la casa se encuentra la montaña Sa Gubia (la madre de la escalada en toda Mallorca) donde en ella hemos podido practicar la escalada. Hay un sin fin de vias y todas ellas en buen estado. Ideal para turismo de naturaleza. La casa es muy encantadora y comoda. La ciudad se encuentra a unos pocos minutos en coche. Nosotros personalmente la recomendamos. El año que viene repetimos otra vez.

Lovely large villa, ideal for family gathering

We stayed here as part of a family holiday so used the full villa to capacity as there was 9 of us staying and another 4 visiting daily. The villa is easily accessible from Palma, although you do need a car to get about.

The nearest village in Bunyola that is about 30 mins walk (main road mainly) but not far in the car. The wooden train goes from Bunyola to Palma (9e) which is great and well worth a trip. We didn’t go into Bunyola except the station so can’t comment on the village itself, although it looks really nice.

The villa itself was plenty big enough for us all and it was great sitting outside and enjoying a BBQ or lazing round the pool. I think however the villa would benefit from a bit of updating such as:

• Towels – some more towels would have been appreciated as we only received one bath towel and a very small hand towel each, these were very worn and we had no pool towels, no hand towels in the bathroom and only one tea towel

• Bathroom – there is an on-suite in the master bedroom but the remaining 7 of us had to share one bathroom with no lock on the door (which was interesting)

• Bedrooms – some hanging space and drawers in the bedrooms would have been appreciated as although the children’s bedroom had a wardrobe the other two doubles had to share a wardrobe in the hallway. Also only one of the bedrooms had a mirror which placed more demand on the bathroom.

• Pool – 4 of the sun loungers were in very good condition but some of the others had rotted and were unusable

All in all we had a lovely time and everyone was really helpful I just felt the villa needed a bit of TLC

We were 2 family staying for 10 days and it was wonderful. Lovely house. Near to Palma with car.

Bunyola is a charming village. Try the café by The station. So Nice! You need a car.

Es una típica casa mallorquina muy cómoda y amplia!

Disfrutamos de la piscina y la gran terraza.

La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila dónde apenas se escuchan ruidos y se puede disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas a la Serra de Tramuntana.

Está muy cerca de Palma y del aeropuerto.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas y la casa está en perfecto estado.

La estancia fue perfecta, recomendable 100%.

This is a wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home close to the picturesque town of Bunyola and with easy access to all parts of Mallorca. The house was spacious and comfortable. It has been built with a real attention to detail with beautiful touches. There is a large garden surrounding the house to explore with almond trees and a lovely pool. It would be good for all types of groups and families but the extra space it provides both inside and out is especially wonderful for children. You have a beautiful view of the mountains. The family who owns it is incredibly accommodating and lovely. It is a perfect place to base yourself to explore the whole island- whether you want to go to the mountainous northwest (which is right at your doorstep) or all other parts of the island. We found Bunyola especially charming and authentic. The home is also very easy to get to from the airport which is a real plus.

This country house is located on the outskirts of Bunyola. A nice green valley nestled into some of the highest mountains of Mallorca. The area is the perfect base for a family holiday. Golf, Beach, shopping, theme parks, wineries tour, horse riding, climbing, hiking... All within a short drive from this villa. Palma airport is at only 25 minutes drive, and shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the picturesque Bunyola villa.
