Beautiful apartment, 3 rooms of 80 m2, for 6 persons, ideally located on the cliff quarter. Kouria, ski all day, the shops are close by, roofed parking space included. The apartment has 3 suites, 3 south facing terraces with a beautiful view of the valley of Morzine and the slopes. Kouria offers private equipment: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath.

New apartment, from December 2014. It has 3 suites with 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms. Fully equipped suites with TV, LED. Dining room for 8, lounge with 2 couches and a 40' screen, home cinema, DVD/Blu-ray, Bluetooth for music, Bose speakers. Wi-Fi

Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, clothes washer, dryer, etc...

We live in Boulogne-Billancourt, we have 2 children of 4 and 7. For the past 10 years we come to Avoriaz to ski, it is a family friendly station, and we can reach it without a car.

Why Stephane Jamot chose Portes du Soleil area

We chose Avoriaz because we come as a family (with parents and cousins) for the past 10 years. Station with beautiful landscapes and wonderful slopes, but most of all, it is a walking station, you don't need a car and that is a major advantage of Avoriaz.

What makes this apartment unique

Imagine you wake up and open the blinds to find a breathtaking view of the Avoriaz slopes, eat your breakfast under the sun with background music thanks to the Bluetooth speakers. Find your heated shoes and put on your skis at the entrance of the house.

At the end of the afternoon, after a nice day of skiing, you can enjoy the luxurious Turkish bath, the interior swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Outstanding

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. Fantastic Location, superb views, REALLY comfortable beds and super facilities. We all enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi at the end of the day which even in half term was not busy. We cannot wait to come back! Stephane was incredibly helpful at every stage of the booking and whilst we were there

Modern stylish and clean apartment

Firstly the apartment is beautiful. We were blessed with glorious sunshine all week and with heavy snow the entire week before, it made for perfect conditions not normally seen until later in the season. The apartment overlooks the valley into Morzine (what a view with an amazing sunset), and is conveniently close to shops, restaurants and a two minute walk to the plateau (ski lesson meeting point). The apartment is very modern, offering everything you could need on a ski trip. We were travelling with the in-laws, so it was nice to have our own bathrooms and a little space of our own.

There is a DVD player with BOSE surround sound which is very good. There are however no DVDs provided, so remember to bring your own. We fortunately had the iPads with us and with excellent speed and coverage on the free Wi-Fi provided, this made for two very happy children.

There is also a very nice pool and Jacuzzi, both of which are nice and warm. We did attempt to use the Hammam (Sauna) but I think we must have been doing something wrong, as it didn’t seem to be working. We are a little inpatient though, so perhaps with the right knowledge, I am sure it would have worked.

The owner was very helpful from enquiry through to booking and even during the stay to make sure everything was ok for us.

I would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone who likes to stay in a modern, clean and spacious apartment.

SUPERB

We prayed for snow on 2nd Jan, and then it snowed.....and snowed, so much so that we had to stay indoors much of the time - and we could not have had a better place to stay. The apartment is cosy, spacious and is very well designed and finished; plus, amazingly it has five balconies, although we could hardly use them because they were full of snow! Highly recommended.

Superb apartment

We have just spent a week in this fabulous apartment enjoying every minute there and in Avoriaz skiing . We are a family of five and there was plenty space for everyone. The bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms fitted to the highest standards. I really cannot fault it in any aspect at all. We were sorry that the weather was such that we could not use the lovely balconies but did mange to have coffee outside one morning and when the snow stopped managed to see the spectacular views all around. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the management and owner extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our teenagers to be able to go out and enjoy the night life and for us to enjoy the wonderfully comfortable accommodation. Great shopping on your doorstep.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Avoriaz et l'appartement était formidable. C'est tellement agréable de rentrer d'un journée de ski dans un havre de paix et de tout confort. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très appréciables également! Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement, tout fonctionne parfaitement, le bonheur! Les chambres, bien qu'un peu étroites mais ce n'est pas grâve, sont très confortables, modernes et lumineuses. Les enfants ont apprécié la télévision dans leur chambre! C'est un appartement de rêve!

Un très grand merci à Stéphane pour sa courtoisie et sa disponibilité. C'est formidable d'être en contact avec un propriétaire aussi sympathique que réactif. Un grand merci également à Carole pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.
