2 Bedroom Apartment With South-located Terrace Towards The Pool Area. Free Wifi

Our apartment has the best location in Parque da Corcovada with sun all day (when the weather admits). It has direct access to the largest pool and garden area in the resort, good for children supervision but still offering you quietness and privacy. This modern, elegant and spacious apartment, of approx. 109 sq.m. floor area, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. On top of that there are 2 large terraces (about 64 sq.m. in total), perfect for relaxing and dining areas for the whole family and friends.

The living room and the bedrooms have wooden floors (making the floors more comfortable in the winter). The kitchen and the bathrooms have clinker tiles. The apartment is supplied with air-conditioner (hot and cold), free WiFi, cable TV, furniture, linen, towels etc. making it comfortable and perfect for both short and long-term stay.

Parque da Corcovada, a new development completed in 2008, is ranked as one of the most popular resorts in Albufeira (Algarve - Portugal). The resort, which offers high security and privacy, is located close to services, the Strip, Old town, supermarkets/mall, beaches and golf courses. Children's playground, mini golf and restaurants are just 200 metres away from the apartment.

About Amélia & Jonas

Amélia and I, Jonas, live in Sweden. Amélia was brought up in Portugal so we have a strong connection to the country. We love the climate, the people, the food and the nice atmosphere in Algarve. With more than 300 sunny days, we find Algarve a perfect place to enjoy throughout the year.

Why Amélia & Jonas chose Albufeira

As we were looking for a modern and spacious apartment (for family gatherings in the sun) we fell for this apartment in Parque da Corcovada. We fell not only for the apartment's standard, but also for its great location as it is near the centre, the beaches, outdoor activities and golf courses.

What makes this apartment unique

What made us fall in love with this apartment was the following, among other things:

- 2 large terraces (the south terrace with direct access to the pool & garden area, north terrace great for cooling down on hot days).

- Private and secure resort.

- Despite its proximity to the pool, the apartment is located in a discrete area of the complex offering you privacy and quietness.

Ideal for families with children, disabled and elderly people.

I and my wife and daughters have spent numerous holidays in Portugal from Hotels to Villas and particularly various apartments in the Parque da Corcovada complex in Albufeira.

But the one we keep returning to is the ground floor apartment owned by Jonas and Amelia in Corcovada.

It is in the best location within this beautiful, quiet, family friendly complex. Sun on the rear terrace from early morning to evening. Close enough to the pool but far enough to not be disturbed by any pool noise of others enjoying themselves while I rest on the terrace reading or having a glass of wine.

The apartment is clean and tidy and local manager Nuno is attentive (if required which seldom is needed) and dealing with Jonas when booking or enquiring about anything is a treat and he always answers promptly.

We enjoyed meeting you Jonas on our arrival earlier this month and your wonderful, fully equipped apartment again did not disappoint. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and our two daughters joining us for the second week were again completely happy and impressed that your apartment once again lived up to our expectations.

I would completely recommend your apartment to any family wishing to visit Portugal.

We look forward to our next visit to it in September

The apartment is very spacious

We have stayed at Corcovada before but this was the first time in this block. The apartment is fabulous and has everything you could possibly need. It is in a quiet location but very close to all restaurants and bars and within walking distance to both the strip and the old town.

Looking forward to booking again next year.

Great, super !

It was great again to stay in this appartment in wintertime. Sunny terras and the app. full equiped. Very quit and near to the touristpart of Albufeira with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Ideal Location

Ideally situated with all facilities a walk away, but right on bus routes if required.. apartment well equipped .beautiful protected south facing verandah. Owner Jonas pleasure to deal with.

Perfect break away

This was our second stay and everything was as perfect as the first time. The apartment is spotlessly clean on a lovely complex in a great location. We always hire a car as like to get out and about but you really don't need to as all amenities are close at hand. Nuno is also fab and close by if needed (not that he was). The booking process is flawless and deposit returned promptly. I would recommend staying here to everyone and are very much looking forward to returning soon

Perfect again!!

Thank you Jonas & Amelia. Once again your apartment was perfect for our family of 5. This really is a little piece of heaven. Spacious and spotlessly clean. All appliances you would need and fantastic wifi. Perfectly positioned to get the sun on the Terrace from 8am until 7pm. 20 metres from the pool in lovely maintained gardens. Hoping to return in summer 2018.

Excellent Apartment.

The apartment is beautiful. Two decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large lounge with tv and a dining table in. The kitchen is very well equipped and leads straight out onto the main terrace, with 2 loungers and a dining table,which gets the sun all day. Overall could not fault the apartment. The complex swimming pool is 1 minute walk from the apartment and great for young children and families. Jonas organised a taxi from the airport for us. the Strip is a 10 minute walk away and other bars are even nearer. If you are thinking about booking this apartment, Do it, you wont be disappointed. Finally thank you Jonas and Amelia for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, I have already recommended it to friends.
