This is a great home base for anyone wanting to stay downtown in the heart of everything while being just far enough off the main drag that things are a little quieter. Even though the house is in downtown Tucson, you can regularly see hummingbirds, and (less regularly) coyotes and javalina. In many ways this is still the wild west!
This bungalow was built in 1922 and retains the unique character of Tucson. It has cosy rooms, original hardwood flooring, and front and back patios for hanging out. Each of the bedrooms has a door that opens into the shared bathroom. The bathroom has a claw foot tub with shower fixtures. The house had a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and one shared bathroom. The TV has a Roku with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming.
The train does pass through the city a few blocks away from the house, and while the noise doesn't bother most, there are ear plugs available for any light sleepers.
