3 Bedrooms 1 On Suite, 1 Bathroom And Open Plan Living Area And Ample Parking

The accommodation is on two floors. Downstairs is open plan with a modern granite topped kitchen, breakfast bar, Nordic log burner, and comfortable seating area with satellite television. Underfloor heating and oak flooring ,I pod dock and broadband. 3 bedrooms upstairs, Two with double beds and one with twin beds,,which can be pushed together if needs be. All have hypo allergenic mattresses,pillows and duvets. One bedroom is en suite. The others have direct access to the bathroom with free standing bath. The bedding is Egyptian cotton. Skylight windows provide views of the surrounding country side. To side of the house there is ample parking. To the front there is a south facing secluded gravelled area with wooden seating .Please do enquire about short breaks .

Hidden gem

Really enjoyed our stay at the barn. The barn was beautiful and as decribed Water piping hot and wifi great . Our grandchildren loved making dens and taking Winnie the dog for a walk. Cathrine and Pete were very friendly and helpful. We would reccomend this accomodation for a relaxing holiday.

Highly recommended !!

This Barn conversion is a wonderful place to stay. The place is super clean and although there was 4 of us, we all felt like we had our own space in the open plan living accommodation. Waking up to the birds singing and the stream flowing was just what we needed for a much enjoyed Easter break. Katherine was more than helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed our chats and thanks to James for pointing out the deer that came to visit. We have super days out in Croyde, Appledore and Barnstaple. The kids loved Winnie the dog and of course the excellent wi-fi broadband which was better than at home ! Thanks to you both and congratulations on creating such a wonderful place to stay. Lovely barn conversion in a peaceful location, exactly as we expected from the description and photo's. Very clean and well maintained with all the items you need. Katherine and James welcoming and helpful when needed. will definately stay again if we are in the area.

HIDDEN GEM IN THE HEART OF DEVON

What a wonderful place, surrounded by stunning countryside and yet within easy reach of lots of attractions. The barn is decorated to a very high standard, it is just beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you could need. The beds are very comfortable with lovely bedding, Katherine and James are lovely and very helpful

An amazing find!

The most beautiful barn in the most beautiful place! When we arrived at Ford Farm, the barn was spotless and a welcome pack containing local food and delicious fresh eggs was left in the kitchen! All of the description was accurate, and the barn excelled our expectations! The wonderful owners Katherine And James were more than helpful, Katherine allowed my daughters to hold some goslings which were very cute and a lovely experience! Outside of the barn is a field that we saw deer in, which just made the holiday more memorable.

Bedroom-wise, the three bedrooms are excellently sized and have luxury bedding and soft furnishings. The family bathroom has a free-standing bath, which is just amazing and the tiles are stunning. And in the ensuite, the shower is a rainforest shower, which is such a treat!

All in all, a wonderful and memorable stay, and we will be coming back again!

(For all you clean fanatics, my daughter is extremely conscious of cleanliness, and for her, the house was a welcome break from worrying about hygiene on holiday!)

Thoroughly recommended!
