About this property

Wonderfully spacious and fully renovated 2-bedroom beach apartment with large terrace and an amazing ocean view over the Atlantic Ocean and Africa. Decorated with great passion in modern style. Superbly located, only 1 min walk to the beach and chiringuitos, and a 5 min walk into old town. Fiber WI-FI, TV and in/outdoor speakers. Outdoor hot shower, electric marquise, swimming-pool, parking, baby cot (on request).

The Apartment
2 bedrooms (one double bed and 2 single beds) plus a comfy sofa bed (for 1-2 people), lounge room and spacious living room leading onto a large terrace overlooking the beach. Fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven and washing machine. Dining table for 6 people, plus outdoor table on the terrace. Flat-screen Smart TV, sound speakers in all rooms and terrace, with Spotify connect / Bluetooth and HDMI-connections. Stone tiled bathroom with spacious washstand and large overhead shower. Ventilation system in all rooms, solar panel water heating.

The Terrace
Big and wonderful terrace with fantastic views overlooking Morocco, the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the sand dunes of Punta Paloma. The beach is just in front you, less than 100 meters away. Outdoor hot shower, big electric marquise and built-in sound speakers.

The Community
The apartment complex has a private pool for residents (one of the nicest in Tarifa, open june to sept). Parking availability for guests both behind the house (20m) and in front, by the beach (50m).

The Surroundings
There are a great selection of restaurants/cafes just around the corner. In a short 5-10 min walk you will reach the authentic old town (casco antiguo) where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and a vibrant Spanish nightlife. Several supermarkets are conveniently located within walking distance (3 min).
