Charming 2-bedroom apartment in the town centre close to Palais and beach

This beautiful contemporary charming apartment has been fully renovated in 2015 and is very well located right in the centre of Cannes (Rue Hoche) and a few steps away from the Palais des Festivals, Rue d’Antibes, the train station and the beaches of the Croisette. It is a quiet pedestrian street with many trendy restaurants. All shops, a convivial market and Monoprix are at the foot of the building. You can do everything on foot.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with balcony overlooking Rue Hoche (pedestrian street) and 1 overlooking the courtyard.

There are many cupboards, each traveller has its own cupboard with shelves, hanging spaces and drawers.

The living space is composed of a warm open plan kitchen equipped with central island. The bathroom is equipped with a nicely sized walk-in shower with built-in shower column and vanity unit with washbasin. The toilet is separated. There is a 81 cm flat screen television built on swing arm with Internet channels. There are 3 public parking lots within less than 3 minutes on foot. There are also free parking spaces in the street within 5 minutes. There is free Wi-Fi Internet with box. It is an ideal destination for congresses, seminaries or holidays thanks to its exceptional location in the trendiest area of Cannes very close to the Palais. You are going to love the location of the apartment, its modern decoration, the comfort of beds, the quietness and the sunny South-exposed balcony.

It is a pleasure to do everything on foot. Go to the Palais, the beach or have a stroll in the Carré d’Or 2 within minutes on foot.

Why Mr and Mrs Chevreuil chose Centre Ville

We purchased this apartment because we love Cannes as well as our children. This is a quality base on the Côte d’Azur.

Cannes offers beautiful sandy beaches, many events, quality restaurants, wonderful hinterland and Nice and its airport less than 30 minutes away. The mountain and the ski resorts are around 1 h away by car.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very cosy and well laid out and space maximised

Beds are comfortable with quality pillows which is important

It is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer if necessary. Each traveller has a cupboard with hanging space and drawers. There is a South-exposed balcony overlooking the quiet pedestrian street to get some fresh air and immerse yourself in the chic trendy atmosphere of the area.

The exceptional location, the charm of the district, the quality shops and the proximity of the beaches of the Croisette, the Rue d’Antibes and the Palais des Festivals quickly convinced us to purchase this apartment. It is a small jewel that needed 3 months of renovation to offer luxury, calm and delight to travellers. You are going to love the beautiful walk-in shower, the stone walls, the open plan kitchen with central island, staying in a quiet area while being close to all shops at the foot of the building and do everything on foot within less than 5 minutes. Pure happiness.

Plein centre de Cannes, excellent

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement et nous en sommes ravis.

Les photos de l'annonce qui nous avaient interpellées ne sont pas irréelles, quand on rentre dans l'appartement on retrouve exactement ce qu'on espérait.

Idéalement situé en zone piétonne, nous pouvions au choix aller: à la gare, sur la croisette, à la plage, au vieux port, dans les vieux quartiers ou au palais des festivals et tout cela à pieds sans soucis de stationnement !!!

Nous avions loué un scooter pour nos déplacements et étions arrivé par l'aéroport de Nice, à conseiller et à refaire.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, la clim est parfaite, il y a tout même des articles qu'on imagine pas trouver en location (parasol, parapluie, fer à repasser).

Il est vraiment agréable de trouver des locations avec ce niveau de qualité.

L'appartement était propre, juste un petit problème d'accès internet dès notre arrivée mais immédiatement solutionné. On nous avait conseillé quelques restaurants et ils étaient tous de bon conseil, le problème est que sur Cannes il existe plus de 600 restaurants donc difficile de choisir.

Le seul point négatif sur Cannes concernera la qualité des salles de cinéma, étonnant non ?

Attention aussi, on est en zone piétonne, il y a des commerces des restaurants donc une certaine nuisance sonore en période de forte densité touristique mais nous le savions et avec la clim on ouvre pas souvent les fenêtres.

Nous y retournons avec plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung, in klasser Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt und wir haben uns vom ersten Monent an sehr wohlgefühlt. In Cannes ist praktisch alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und wir können diese Location nur empfehlen.

comfortable apartment, great location

We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and clean, and everything was as described. The location is excellent, very central with lots of good restaurants nearby. The owners were very helpful and we had no problems with the booking. I would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Cannes.

The location is exceptional, less than 5 minutes on foot from the train station, the beach and the Palais des Festivals. Everything is reachable on foot.
