excellent family villa

Lovely family holiday. The spacious villa caters well for small children as its very safe with a gated pool and toys are provided. A 15 minute drive to a beautiful sandy beach. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. We would happily return

Beautiful Villa with everything you need.

Fernando was fantastic. We travelled with two young kids and the villa was perfect for them. The two cots were set up as requested along with high chairs. A lovely welcome pack on arrival and the supermarket is only 1 min walk away.

Would recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely use again. Thanks again Fernando

Great Family Holiday

Just spent the most wonderful week at Fernando's beautiful villa. The villa is absolutely superb and set in a quiet urbanisation within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. It is the perfect base for exploring the local area and nearby resorts. Fernando is definitely the most genuine and helpful person and is always on hand to offer advise and any other information you might require. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 3 children (aged between 10 and 14) and we can all say that we had one of the best holidays ever. The pool and grounds are ideal for relaxing during the day and for entertaining in the evening. We can only echo what most people say in other reviews that you really won't find a much better villa or nicer owner. If we ever get the chance to go back we most definitely will and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

Perfect!

This is the perfect family holiday!

We have just had a 10 night stay at this gorgeous villa with a 21 month toddler and another family with a toddler and have had the most amazing time. Fernando was fantastic right from enquiry to the end - nothing was too much for him. The villa itself has been kitted out with families in mind with a safety gate around the private pool and lots of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. There is lots of space inside the villa and it has been finished to a really high standard - it really is very very nice inside. Spotless!

The location is great, a children's playground and a little shopping area with a few restaurants only a little walk away (a really nice ice cream and crep parlour there too). There is also a large supermarket within a minutes walk with everything you could need for the stay.

If this wasn't enough then nearby there is also a rocky beach with the most gorgeous clear water - absolutely perfect for snorkelling and rock pooling. Palma was only a 20minute drive away and the nearest cosmopolitan sandy beach only 10 minutes.

Would definitely recommend this villa and we will be sure to be back very soon.

Perfect in every way

We stayed in the villa with another family (four children aged 5 and under between us) in late October, and couldn't have had a better holiday. Every detail has been thought of and the finish and maintenance of the villa is to an incredibly high standard. We were all very comfortable and it was also very safe for the children, with all of our needs catered for.

It was also an easy 20 minute drive from Palma airport and also has a good supermarket (as well as lovely coastal views) two minutes walk away, so a great location.

Fernando is a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival with a welcome pack of drinks and nibbles, as well as several itineraries for suggested days out during our week - the local knowledge was invaluable as the four we used were great!

I am almost reluctant to leave such a glowing review as it will make it harder for us to rebook in the future, but this really is a gem of a place - thank you again Fernando, we can't wait to visit again next year!
