Lovely, Quiet and Peacefull

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week here. What an amazing place. The location is fantastic. The gite is on the top of a hill along a private drive, surrounded by fields and wildlife. So peaceful and quiet. The accommodation is superb. We stayed in the larger of the two gites. It was very large and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was large and had everything you could possibly want. The master bedroom had its own on-suite with shower, there were two further large bedrooms and a master bathroom.

We didnt want to leave and could have quite easily have lived here.

We made use of the pool which is a great size.

The gite is perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area, the chateau at Monbaziliac is worth visiting along with the village of Issigeac only a 10min drive away. Bergerac has everything you need including a hypermache and is only a 15min drive.

The owner Magalie was very helpful and spoke much better english then my french.

She was there if you needed her but left you alone during the stay.

Would recommend anyone to visit this delightful gite/spot.

comfortable and quiet

  • 5 of 5

An excellent place to stay for a restful holiday. The house is well equipped, well maintained, quiet and well placed for enjoying the area. The owner is very helpful. The local shops provide basic needs and the restaurant 'Le Tuquet' is great value.

Altogether highly recommended.

pour un séjour idéal au calme

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5
