Modern house overlooking the bay of Cannes, with pool and garden

In the background, the Mediterranean and the Lérins Islands, and palm trees and the Côte d’Azur’s blue sky all around you… Like a large ship above the city, our house overlooks the entire Bay of Cannes. Located in an urban environment (in the district of Le Cannet), its vast bay windows and its very high ceilings give out the impression of endless space.

Like a ship’s passageway, large terraces run the length of the villa, which will allow you to enjoy the view even more, a view you can’t get tired of.

The rooms are spacious, very open, and the modern furniture perfectly matches the glass and iron structure.

The wooden floor brings a warm touch to a refined environment.

Divided up into three levels, the house is laid out as follows:

− at garden level, one bedroom opening on the outside with two beds and an adjoining bathroom, plus an extra double bedroom.

− on the first level, you will find the living room, which is made up of a sitting area, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen: a very pleasant living area. The balcony has a large garden sofa. There is also a double bedroom with an adjoining shower room.

− on the second level, you will come upon the Master bedroom with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and jet shower) and a terrace overlooking the sea. You will also find a large children’s bedroom with two single beds (one of them being a mezzanine bed), which opens up on the living room thanks to its glass dividing wall.

Outdoors, the flowery and tree-filled land is divided up into different “areas” where anyone can find his or her small haven of peace. There is a saltwater swimming pool, secured by a glass fence, a small grass terrace just above, the large playground (a true swing set paradise for the little ones) and the summer kitchen under the terrace, with a large table for homemade BBQs.

You can park up to four cars in the property.

We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen.

Our house is located in a small street in uptown Cannes, in the district of Le Cannet. The streets are narrow and calm, mainly one-way. You will be 10 minutes away from the city centre and 15 minutes away from the beaches of the Croisette. Have a go at the celebrity way of life, the chic boutiques of the rue d’Antibes, and the small restaurants of the Suquet. Unless you’d rather make the most of the urban motorway Cannes-Grasse close-by to explore the small villages of the inland and hinterland. Don’t miss out on an evening in Mougins, a stunning Provencal village a 10-minute drive away, which has a lot of very good restaurants. We more particularly recommend “La Place”, where Denis Fétisson chooses a specific produce each month and defines his tasting menu according to it.

Grasse’s historical centre and its perfumeries, as well as the Musée de la Parfumerie, are also worth a visit.

The motorway entrance is a 2-minute drive away from the house and it will hence be easy for you to reach Antibes, Juan-les-Pins or Nice (the airport is 20 minutes away).

For your shopping, Le Cannet has all the shops and services you need.
