Spacious & Family Friendly Villa With Stunning Views & Close To Many Activities



The property is a large detached villa situated on high grounds and with great views of mountains and sea. It consist of 2 separate apartments. Apartment 1 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. Apartment 2 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 4. Both apartments have livingroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and conservatory with great views over mountains and sea.

We never make rentals of both apartments unless you are travelling together, so either your travelling party rents both apartments, or the one is left empty to secure your privacy and full use of the common outdoor areas.

The villa can be rented in full (both apartments) or the apartments separate. However, during high season (july and august) we only make rentals of the 2 apartments together.


The outdoor are consist of a patio area with outdoor kitchen and a private pool. There are deckchairs, table and chairs and toys for pool. The outdoor kitchen has a barbecue, fridge for drinks and food, sink and basic cooking utensils. Clothes-posts for drying clothes after washing. As the villa is situated on top of a hill and has walls around it, the outdoor area offers lots of privacy.


We have a childrens package consisting of high chairs, cots, security gates for stairs, toys for indoor and outdoors, poolfence with gate. It also includes a stroller that can be used for sitting or sleeping position and has an extra sun canopy. The stroller can go with you on trips away from the villa, so you don't need to bring your own by plane.


The nearby area is a quiet neighbourhood with villas and close to the town of San Miguel de Salinas, where you can buy groceries and other necessities. Also close by are many interesting and exciting activities for both children and adults. Read more in the description of the location.

The villa consist of 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. Apartment 2 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, diningroom/conservatory and room for washingmashine. The villa has an outdoor area with private pool, outdoor kitchen, patioarea and great views of the mountains and sea. You can rent the entire villa or one of the apartments depending on how many you are traveling together. Apartment 2 can only be rented without apartment 1 in the low season from november through april. If you do rent just one of the apartments, we will not make a rental on the other apartment, so you will have exclusive rights to the outdoor areas.

We are a Danish family living in Denmark. Mike is a self-employed engineer designing and building minilifts for industrial use. Maria is a psychologist also self employed and working with therapy and teaching. We have two daughters from 2007 and 2012 who both love to spend time at the villa and especially in the pool.

Why Maria Hancock chose Torrevieja Area

We started looking for a villa in this area which could become a combined holiday home and rental business for us a few years ago. To us the climate and many hours of sunshine was a key concern when choosing an area. After staying in different areas around Alicant, we fell in love with this particular area and went back a few times until we found the perfect property for us. We felt like this property could become a really relaxing place to stay with our kids.

What makes this villa unique

We find, that the two separate apartments within one shared property is a great set up for travelling with friends or family and spend a lot of time together but still have your own privacy and space. We also fell in love with the villas location and the stunning views of mountains, sea and saltlakes that it has from both the balconies, covered conservatories and pool area. The covered conservatories with big windows allows for experiencing the views and many hours of sunshine of the area even in the wintertime, when the mornings and evenings are less warm. This means that you can benefit from the light and sunshine even when you are indoors. Since we ourselves stay in the villa with our children, we have made a great effort to make the villa a great place for families. We have bought many of the things, that one would like to have for ones children even when away from home, but which can be difficult to bring, like high chairs, in and outdoor toys, stroller, cot and so on. We have also bought a removable and approved poolfence, since children are more safe this way and adults can relax more easily, when the poolfence is up. We offer all these amenities for our guests at a small fee.

The villa is situated in a small and quiet urbanization, where it is quite peaceful and were you are close to nature and the possibility af taking a walk or drive either in the nature close to the villa or the mountains close by. The closest town is San Miguel de salinas 3 kilometres away, which offers possibilities for shopping for groceries, petrol, pharmacy, eating in restaurants and cafés, playground, bank and other basic amenities. Within driving distance of 20 minutes, you can reach larger shopping centres with a very diverse and large amount of shops, restaurants and activities for children. You can also reach the golf courses of Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor, Las Colinas, and the great beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig, where various watersports and other activities are available. You can also relax at wellness facilities or do sports in the fitness-centre. There are also different waterparks, zoo and themeparks within 40 minutes drive.

Apartment 2 can only be rented alone during low season from november through april each year. During middle season the entire villa or apartment 1 can be rented. During high season july and august only the entire villa is rented. If you rent only part of the villa, we will not book the other apartment, so you and your travelling company will always have exclusive rights to the outdoor area.

6 weeks prior to the first day of the rental renters pay the remaining 80% + security deposit of 150 £ ( + the 100 £ for childrens package, if renters wish to book this).
All fees are refundable until 6 weeks prior to the first day of the rental. After this date, only the security deposit of 150 £ and childrens package fee is refundable.
