Luxury villa for 6 - 8 people with all comfort and private pool.

This villa full of character is located in a quiet residential quarter, just outside the Calpe center.

In aerial view you are less than 300 meter away from the coastline and after a fifteen minute walk you are in the middle of the pounding life of shops, restaurants, sandy beaches, etc... of Calpe.

The house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 1 extra outside shower, 3 toilets, a stylish living with open kitchen and a spacious dining room. Satellite TV with many international channels and free wifi are available. In the kitchen you will find among others a electric stove, hot-air, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The guests can also use 2 extra fridges in the garage and a washing machine. All rooms are provided with airconditioning and heating.

There are 2 terraces, 2 garden tables with 6 chairs, 2 relax lounges, a cosy bar, an infrared sauna, an outside kitchen with fridge, gas stove and barbecue around the pool of 8 x 4 meter.

The sun spoils you whole day long and still you can find a spot at each moment where you can relax in the shade of a palm tree.

At each moment of the year the spacious garden has something blooming. You do not have to buy oranges, lemons or pomegranates. You just pick them from the tree. Colourful bougainville, palm trees and many other plants and flowers brighten it all.

The garden is completely fenced. You enjoy 100% privacy and the electric gate is operated with a remote. Within the fence you can park a car.

The house is looked after by a Belgian multilingual couple, who will welcome you warm-heartedly at your arrival. The beds are made, a welcome gift will be waiting and the final cleaning is taken care off. You can contact our caretakers in your own language for all possible problems

The location of the house is quite unique. Beautiful ocean view from the upper terrace, the rock and the pounding center of Calpe nearby but the house itself is located in a peaceful residential quarter. The mountanous hinterland with beautiful winding roads is at a stone’s throw. For good reason a lot of international cycling teams come to prepare themselves in Calpe for the new cycling season.

What makes this house unique

You have everything you may wish for within reach despite it being activity or relaxation, sea or mountains, sport or leisure, shopping and cooking or going to dinner. You can find it all while you stay in a spacious and neatly kept villa.

Herrlicher Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Wir haben die Villa Limasol sehr kurzfristig gebucht, trotzdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter problemlos.

Als wir nach unserer Ankunft die Villa zum ersten Mal sahen, waren wir bereits total begeistert. Wir konnten das Auto auf dem Grundstück abstellen und wurden herzlich von Walter empfangen, der uns ausführlich das ganze Haus und seine Einrichtungen gezeigt hat und erhielten obendrein noch eine Flasche Cava für den ersten Abend.

Die Villa ist vollklimatisiert und äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Außenbereich mit dem schönen Garten, der Veranda mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf das Meer und den Peñón de Ifach, die Sonnenterrasse und der abends zu beleuchtende private Pool. Das Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss ist ein Traum, wir haben selten so himmlisch geschlafen wie dort.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einer Urbanización gelegen, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten auf der Strandpromenade von Calpe oder auf einem sehr schönen Wanderweg entlang der Steilküste. In gleicher Entfernung liegen zudem zwei Supermärkte, in denen wir uns mit allem Notwendigen eindecken konnten. In der Nähe und an der Strandpromenade gibt es auch diverse Restaurants.

In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen, selbst Salz, Gewürze, Essig und Öl waren vorhanden. Ausserdem hat uns der Kaki-Baum im Garten mit seinen gerade reifen Früchten täglich ein kostenloses Frühstück geliefert. Daneben gibt es auf der Terrasse einen Grill und einen Gasherd im Freien, der uns bei den leider häufigeren Stromausfällen während unseres Aufenthaltes zu guten Diensten war.

Man merkt in jedem Detail, dass es den Gastgebern Emiel und Josiane ein Anliegen ist, ihren Gästen den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Herzlichen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Limasol.

bloemen en champagne bij aankomst. Zeer gezellige en frisse inrichting.

werkelijk alles voorhanden ook speelgoed voor kinderen. Prive parkeren. Mooie tuin. Groot en goed onderhouden zwembad met moderne ligzetels. Buitenkeuken.

Prachtig zicht op zee. Rustig gelegen. Via een mooie wandeling kan je naar de gezellige dijk en strand.
