House 6 spacious rooms with scenic mountain views, garden and pool

To rent charming house with private pool and garden just 17km from Malaga center in a quiet area.

The house is on a plot of 2000m2. Has 1000m2 of garden and 300m2 of garden, a large pool (50m2), entrance courtyard with possibility of parking. The house has 260 m2. Guests enjoy the entire property.

The house has 6 bedrooms, a bright and spacious lounge, a dining room, two bathrooms, a medium-sized kitchen overlooking the pool, garden and mountains.

The maintenance of the house (garden care, garden and plant watering, pool cleaning, feeding animals ...) is inevitable do it daily, so that guests should know that at certain times a day to the plot be accessed by the owner or staff at your service, not inside the house.

Possibility to arrange a time to visit not disturb guests.

I have 2 very friendly and affectionate little dogs, but usually not enter the house. At the end of the plot is a large area where animals can be saved if bother. Where appropriate, at the request of guests, you can remove the animals of the field during the stay of these.

- It is not allowed to smoke or drink inside the house. Outside the house itself is allowed

- Do not make too much noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors

- No you are allowed to bring people home who have not booked accommodation on it

- A deposit of € 50 per person per stay to the delivery of the key is requested and returned at the end as it is established that everything is in perfect condition

Why Juan chose Guadalhorce (Costa del Sol)

It is a place near the city but in the country side. Very quiet, easily accessible from the Highway. It was my home for a few years but currently reside in the city for reasons of work and convenience

What makes this house unique

The mountain views from the living room are wonderful, the garden with Palms, the swimming pool in summer is a luxury, it is a pleasure to be able to take a bath at night. Intimacy is what I value most of this Villa and the amplitude. A barbecue on a summer's evening is something special to enjoy the House. In short, a small paradise surrounded by green

Una casa excepcional

La casa es excepcional y con todas las comodidades que puedes necesitar para vivir tranquilo. El propietario está siempre atento a las necesidades que puedas tener. Tener en cuenta que en dias de calor la zona se llena de mosquitos por lo que es imprescindible utilizar las mosquiteras.

Me gustaría repetir en esta casa. :D

Owner's Response: Gracias Santiago :) Lástima que estuvierais tan poco tiempo y espero que os deis más prisa en reservar para el año que viene ;) Siempre hago oferta sobre precios de página cuando sois huéspedes excepcionales como vosotros los que repiten cada año. Y los mosquitos... bueno, en verano y rodeado de verde son inevitables. Para el próximo año voy a ampliar la zona de porche y protegerla todo ella con mosquiteras... 50m2 de porche al exterior para disfrutar las noches allí sin ninguna molestia!!! ;) Y me consta que volveréis para disfrutar de la piscina! :) Saludos!!!

Super accueil! Juan le propriétaire s'occupe de tout. S'il y a un problème il est disponible dans la journée. Très bien situé et le plus.. La piscine. Je recommande !!!!

Great vacations!

I`ve been to this magnificent, cosy house with my husband and child. It`s hard to describe the great time we had there! I still miss it !;) It was wonderful to live for some time in that quiet solitary place, with green landscape around, sleeping siesta in the charming garden, sniffing the scent of the plants, under lemon and orange trees! My child was crazy about pool, impossible to take him out from there;) Let alone our funny dogs Odie y Berta:) They made our stay:)

Magnifique!

L'endroit est tranquille et très accueillant. La maison à toutes les commodités necessaire. Nous y retournons cet été pour profiter de la piscine. C'était des vacances magnifiques et ma fille a été enchantée de profiter des deux petits chiens. Merci Juan pour tout et te dit à bientôt

VACACIONES FABULOSAS

Fuimos una pareja y dos perros de aguas.

La casa es estupenda, tiene de todo, la cocina esta totalmente equipada con menaje suficiente para hacer cualquier comida, y una BBQ estupenda....las habitaciones como el salon perfecto y acogedor, con TV muy grande. La piscina, lo mejor de la casa, más grande que la de muchos hoteles, te bañas a cualquier hora. La casa se encuentra en una zona apartada y muy tranquila, pero a la vez está muy cerca de Málaga,Torremolinos y Benalmádena.

Las perritas Berta y Odie son encantadoras, para nosotros fueron como de la familia, se portan genial y son obedientes.

Conclusión, unas vacaciones fabulosas!!

Ojalá vengan muchos más huéspedes como vosotros, gente ordenada, educada, simpática... entonces más que clientes, tendré amigos. Un fuerte abrazo para Madrid y no paséis demasiado calor este verano ;) y si lo pasáis, acordaros de los días en la piscina y veniros otra vez para aquí!!! ;)

Close to Malaga - beautiful accommodation

This place is absolutely great. We stayed 4 people 7 nights in August. Everything was very clean and the pool is great. Big and bright rooms and comfortable living room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to repeat our stay there. The owner was very kind and helpful. He picked us up from a petrol station close by. Very good value for money. Absolutely recommendable!!

Possibility of hiking in the nearby mountains, riding at close quarters, practice Mountain bike, 2 golf courses nearby, Supermarket 24 hours at 300 meters, a nearby restaurant, supermarkets, bars, nearby shops within 5 minutes by car

It takes 3 minutes drive to the Technological Park of Andalusia (PTA), 7 minutes to the University of Málaga in Teatinos and about 12-15 minutes (depending on traffic) to the center of Malaga.

The nearest beach is about 15 minutes by car.

Although there are nearby neighborhood, there is no interaction with them

Having car is essential. There is a bus stop nearby but infrequently. There is a nearby train station, 5 minutes by car and taxi transport possibility there, if desired the host
