A well equipped house with a pleasant garden in a quiet suburb of St Pol de Leon

The house is conveniently positioned about 15 minutes walk from the beach, the town and a supermarket. The owner is friendly and helpful.

There is a footpath down to the beach with three restaurants at the beach and others in the town. Some of the attractions other than the beach and water-sports are:

the exotic garden less than 2 miles away on the outskirts of Roscoff; the tiny Isle de Batz , a 15 minute ferry ride from Roscoff; the cathedral town of St Pol and the larger town of Morlaix (about 30 minutes drive away). There are weekly markets in St Pol, Roscoff and Morlaix.

All in all, a wonderful holiday location.

Das Haus war sehr schön.Für das schlechte Wetter konnte keiner etwas. Aber man hätte uns vor der Reise fairerweise darüber informieren müssen, dass direkt vor dem Haus Straßenbauarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Baumaschinen sehr früh geweckt. Da es den Vermietern lange bekannt war, war es nicht o.k., dass man uns nicht vorher Bescheid gesagt hat. Ansonsten aber nette Betreuung.

Owner's Response: I understand that the works on the road have disturbed you during a few days of your vacation and I am very sorry for this. When the "roads department" announced that works on the road were scheduled during the year 2015, no specific date were specified.. That’s why I did not know when they precisely would occur. So I could not inform you or anyone else in advance . Today these works are finished and the area is calm again. Unfortunately the disturbances happened during your stay and I am very sorry for this.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Es bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Tolle geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Bei uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit einem tollen, gepflegten Garten. In Haus befinden sich sogar Brettspiele (für Regentage), Fernsehen, Filme (welche wir nicht genutzt haben) usw. Beide Bäder waren sehr gut. Vom Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von St. Pol.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gibt auch Tipps für das Besichtigen der Region.

Ein Supermarkt und das Zentrum sind in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Absolut zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit nochmal zurückkehren.

Vacances de famille dans un cadre idéal !

La maison est très belle, claire, moderne pratique, offrant de beaux espaces. la literie est d'excellente qualité. L'environnement est très calme.. Le jardin est superbe; La propriétaire est à l'écoute et propose de nombreuses activités. Les enfants ont à leur disposition des jeux de société et des DVD. Beau temps ou mauvais temps, tous sont assurés de passer un agréable séjour.
