Stayed here with my boyfriend for 2 nights as a relaxing getaway. The cottage was even better than I expected and had everything you needed. Great location and about 30 min drive from Brighton city centre. We loved it

LOVE the hot tub!

  • 4 of 5

Beautiful place. Very clean & someone came to clean the hot tub every day! My only issue was that the skylight in the bedroom had no blind :( Luckily we visited in the winter, so we weren't woken up at silly o'clock by the sun.

Delightful Cottage

  • 5 of 5

We returned to this delightful cozy cottage for our first anniversary having been there after our wedding last year. Well maintained and clean cottage with sweet romantic touches in the bedroom. The hot tub is amazing! Wish we had used it more. Brighton, Hastings and Eastbourne are short rides away. Roy, the caretaker is very helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. The only draw back is a skylight in the bedroom which needs a blind as at 4 am in the summer it is just too light to be able to sleep. Roy covered it with black bags for us. We would recommend The Six Bells pub for lovely home cooked food at very reasonable prices and a great atmosphere.

Beautiful little cottage

  • 4 of 5

This cottage is absolutely gorgeous, all the little touches were so beautiful. The hot tub was devine in the chilly evenings, however it would have been better if there was some lighting out on the decking. But with the lights on in the living room it wasnt a major drama. Also could have done with a bottle opener but these 2 little things aside. I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting time away from the real world. The owner who came to greet us was very pleasant and explained everything to us. Beautiful cottage, very happy would love to go back! Would have given 4 & half stars but couldnt figure how to do the half!
