'Hall Garth' is a stylish and beautiful house, located in the village of Haile, in the Western Lake District. The three bedroom property has everything you could need for a stay in the Lake district and a few luxuries too!

On the ground floor you can find the 3 bedrooms; the master room has an en-suite (with whirlpool bath) and there is a further double and twin room. A family bathroom and utility room (with washing machine and tumble drier) finish off the ground floor.

The open plan living, kitchen and dining area has beautiful open beams and wooden floors, plus there is under floor heating to keep your toes warm. The room is light and airy and has a beautiful wood burner, perfect for cosy nights in, reading a book. There is also a mezzanine floor with sofa, TV and DVD player, for those who prefer a film. The modern kitchen has all the necessities for making a home cooked meal and there is a dining table for everyone to sit around together.

The property has fantastic views of the adjoining countryside throughout. The outside balcony area has seating and is reached from the sitting area, a perfect place for gazing at the stars on a clear, frosty night. There are steps leading down to a garden, with pond, and this can also be reached by the double bedroom.

‘Hall Garth’ is perfect for a relaxing, Lakeland getaway, with everything you need within its walls, making it ideal for families or a small group of friends. The property is within easy reach of the main attractions of the Western Lakes and has plenty of walks from its front door.

'Hall Garth' is 2 miles outside of the market town of Egremont, which has basic amenities including supermarkets and shops. There is a market every Friday and the town even has a castle.

Further afield 'Hall Garth' is ideally placed for reaching some of the most beautiful places in the western Lake District. The Cumbrian coast and in particular the village of 'St Bees' are popular with a variety of tourists and locals. The beautiful cliffs of St Bees Head are home to a variety of birds. The views from the tops of the cliffs are spectacular and a great spot to observe the wildlife. The cliffs also attract hundreds of climbers every year, especially in the summer when you can partake in a picnic with friends on the beach.

St Bees is also a popular starting point for coast to coast routes. Alfred Wainwright's walk starts here and thousands of people make the trek every year. Some cycle coast to coast routes also run from the town, however just a days cycling along the Cumbrian coast is a perfect way to spend the day.

'Hall Garth' is also within driving distance of the quieter valleys of Eskdale and Wasdale. The unspoilt area is the starting point of many popular and fantastic walks, including the biggest mountain in England 'Scafell Pike'. The 'La'al Ratty' railway runs from the coastal town of Ravenglass to the centre of Eskdale village, a great day out for children and adults alike. The areas of Whitehaven and Ennerdale are also nearby, offering a variety of options for entertainment.

'Hall Garth' is in a secluded spot, with walks from the front door. Yet the surrounding area has so much to offer, you will be spoilt for choice something to do.
