Christmas week and New Year's Day: flexible period for holiday dates.

30 km from Grenoble, come and relax in Chamrousse, lively, family resort located in the heart of the Belledonne Massif, facing the mountains of the Vercors, in an apartment of Villages Bachat (former Domaine de l'Arselle), Building A the village Larch.

The resort is built in the forest, offering an exceptional panorama overlooking Grenoble and its valley. The highlight is the Croix de Chamrousse 2250 meters.

The parties "Roche Beranger" (1750m) and "The Nook" (1650m) of the station are accessible either by the ski area either by free shuttle bus (one stop less than 20 meters from the apartment).

A ski area consists of 92km of slopes for all levels, from green runs for beginners to the legendary black slopes "Olympic Men" and "Olympic Dame" created for the 1968 Olympic Games which will include illustrated Killy and Marielle Goitschel. For seasoned, row Casserousse!

For skiers, 41km of Nordic trails on the famous plateau of Arselle, protected natural area, will delight the most demanding.

The building is located within 200 meters from ski lifts, snow garden, package boxes and ESF, 50m from the supermarket Sherpa / bread and less than 100m from the resort swimming pool, spa, gym, sauna, bar / restaurant.

Several shops are available: food, rental and maintenance of equipment, shops, bar, restaurant, disco ..

You have free access to the heated pool, Jacuzzi and gym.

The 37m2 apartment is on the second floor (raised ground floor), has 6 beds and includes:

- A room with bed 2 people 140x190

- An alcove with 2 bunk beds 90x190

- Bathroom with sink and bathtub

- Separate toilet

- A fitted kitchen with multifunction oven (microwave, convection and grill), coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, raclette, fondue set. (All cleaning products are supplied)

- Living room with sofa bed 2 people, table and chairs for 6 persons, TV, DVD player, Wii, board games, ..

- 16sqm balcony facing south & chairs overlooking the quiet side of the residence, visible Vehicle Parking

- Fitted personal ski lockers (with 2 sleds provided)

The apartment is very well located, no need to take the car to enjoy the resort once it is parked.

Chamrousse also offers multiple activities: snowshoe walks, cross country skiing, dog sled ride, ice diving, snowmobile ....

Snow in summer in Chamrousse, there is only one step!

Family trip to trekking, browse the many trails and enjoy the flora and fauna of our mountains. A breath of fresh air!

Between Alpine and high mountain, several lakes allow you to cool off after a nice walking ascension.

Well maintained and upgraded appartment

We have rented a number of appartments in Chamrousse 1700 and this is the best maintained and outfitted appartment we have encountered sofar.

Cedric has installed a proper microwave, a vacuum cleaner and things such as a game computer with games for the kids.

The landlord is also pretty flexible and easy to communicate with.

If you plan on coming to Chamrousse 1700 I would definitely consider this appartment.

Fantastic Apartment

This beautiful apartment has fantastic views, is very spacious and so clean. A real home from home. Its sometimes the little touches that make a stay enjoyable eg wii, dvd player, tea and coffee, bath mat and hand towels. The owner is lovely and very prompt with any queries and even when we had to drop the key off at 6.30 in the morning he was there with a smile and fresh croissants, amazing. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and its location.

Chamrousse 1700 is ideal for families who just want to ski and relax, very quiet but enough places to dine out and a well stocked local shop. We had a wonderful holiday, just a pity the snow arrived the day after we left. Thank you Cedric.

Bel appartement très bien équipé et joli vue

Agréable semaine passé en août dans un bel appartement avec joli vu sur les montagnes . Gentil intention du propriétaire à notre arrivée.

Belle terrasse mais peu profité car un peu frais à cette altitude bien qu'on s'en doutait. (15° en moyenne)

Equipements sympa (grande TV, lecteur DVD avec DVD , console Wii et jeux de sociétés), ustensiles de cuisine variés! Pas de four (mode four avec micro-onde mais pas pareil) mais un lave vaisselle, dommage.

Peu de rangements pour les habits! Assez problématique mais on s'y fait.

Point négatif, les 2 parking de l'immeuble quasiment tout le temps complets (sauf samedis) dont 1 caillouteux pas mal accidenté et non éclairé, noir complet!

Il faut se garer au parking de la piscine à 100 ou 150m. Pas très loin mais assez gênant surtout quand on est chargés.

Sinon accès piscine gratuite sympa et supérette à proximité pratique. Excellente crêperie à 2 pas.

Owner's Response: Bonjour Mr Merlin et merci pour votre retour, Toutes ces petites gênes vous auraient été évitées simplement si vous m'aviez contacté ! Nous échangeons tellement d'informations le jour d'arrivée que je peux comprendre que certaines échappent (la fatigue du voyage n'aidant pas!). Voilà pourquoi j'envoie toujours un message le lendemain pour être sûr que tout va bien. Pour les températures, vous êtes malheureusement tombé sur la mauvaise semaine de l'été en terme de météo... Tous les autres vacanciers ont pu profiter des petits déjeuners au soleil et des séances de bronzette quotidienne. Au sujet du four, je vous confirme que le fonctionnement d'un four combiné micro-ondes / grill / chaleur tournante est bien différent d'un four traditionnel; je comprends mieux maintenant pourquoi vous avez fait fondre la cloche en plastique !! ;-) Pour le stationnement, je m'étonne car il n'y a pas 2 mais 4 parkings autour de la résidence (2 de chaque côté), l'éclairage public est dans les allées avec les places disponibles. Le chemin caillouteux dont vous parlez en contre-bas de la résidence, menant à une aire de retournement est une voie de travail réservée aux engins de déneigement l'hiver, pas un parking (même si certains aventuriers y descendent). Pour les rangements, vous avez raison, je vais aménager ce week-end un dressing supplémentaire dans le coin cabine, à côté des lits. Bien à vous Cédric Mury

très bel appartement

l'appartement est très bien pensé au niveau de son agencement, la porte pleine, qui sépare le coin montagne-enfant et la pièce a vivre-chambre parentale est vraiment la bienvenue, elle assure intimité et sommeil maximal pour les enfants.

la pièce de vie est super agréable, les meubles ne sont pas trop encombrants, ce qui laisse de la place pour circuler.

la terrasse est exceptionnellement grande, super bien exposée, calme... c'est un vrai plus !

les jeux de Wii ont fait le bonheur de nos enfants...

la salle de bain est très bien agencée, la baignoire est un bonheur après une grosse journée de ski et les nombreux portes serviettes sont appréciables...

la chambre parentale est spacieuse et la literie (matelas + sommier) sont de qualité pour des sensibles du dos comme nous.

le vrai plus de cet appartement c'est ............ la vue sur les montagnes en direct du lit !!!! ça, c'est vraiment exceptionnel... quel bonheur de se réveiller ainsi.

le casier a ski est aménagé, ce qui permet de ranger son matériel convenablement.

un vrai bonheur cet appart' !!!
