3 bedrooms, full bathroom, separtate WC, large kitchen & BBQ

Villa Altelo is set in beautiful gardens & located just 1500m from the beach & approx 2000m from the centre of Nerja & the famous Balcon de Europa.

Accomodation comprises entrance hall, lounge dining/room with flat screen TV & PayGo wifi, spacious fitted kitchen. There is a dining terrace off the lounge.

3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twins) full bathroom with shower & a separate guest washroom. The master bedroom is air conditioned.

Private swimming pool (approx 6.5m x 3.5m), BBQ, poolside sun terrace & roof terrace with spectacular views.

The local bus stop is close by.

Beautiful surroundings!

Our family of 6 stayed for 12 nights at Villa Altelo.

The villa was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The pool was very warm the whole stay, the weather particularly hot and the views from all the terraces and the garden were lovely.

I would note that there is no direct access to the pool area other than through the main entrance terrace. We got used to this however, though not ideal, I would think, with younger children

It would have been useful to have been informed when the lady was due to come and change the towels and linen, as she arrived unannounced one morning at 9am, when my 3 teenage children were still fast asleep!!

We didn't have a car and managed very well. Ordering taxis was straight forward and very reasonable for short trips back from the local supermarkets ( substantial in size ) and restaurants. We walked to the local beach down hill in less than 20 minutes, but hard work back, so using taxis was best.

The beach was VERY busy, however my husband and son found a quiet cove to snorkel in, only a short walk from the main strip.

We made use of the tennis courts near by, which made a change for the children.

The most local restaurant / bar ' The Cave' we visited the most often as was within easy walking distance, good pub style food and happy hour !!

excellent!!

C est la première fois que nous sommes passé par ce site et tout est vraiment super!

La villa est vraiment fidèle a la photo.

La piscine est tres sympa.

Le jardin est agréable et surtout le calme et la belle vue, dans un quartier tres agréable.

Bref, on a passé un magnifique séjour avec nos 2 enfants.

C/G immobiliaria sont tres sérieux et de confiance !

Excellent

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ,toutes les photos sont conforment à la réalité. Le personnel de l'agence est très sérieux et gentil, ainsi que le propriétaire qui est également très sympathique.la maison et les extérieurs sont tres bien entrenus. Je recommande vivement cette location encore merci Ian j y retournerai avec plaisir.

Nerja! The jewel of the Costa del Sol. Probably the best climate in Europe!

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!
