Holiday Villa With 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms, Close To Nerja Centre & The Beach.

Villa Cordoba is a modern, luxury detached villa. Located in a quiet area just 2km from the centre of Nerja & the beach.

Set in beautiful gardens with superb terraces, private swimming pool, hot tub Jacuzzi & BBQ.

Accommodation is spacious & tastefully furnished. Entrance hall leading to the lounge dining room with Sat TV, PayGo wifi & access to the south facing balcony terrace. Spectacular views over the pool towards the sea. The large fitted kitchen with dishwasher plus a double bedroom & full family bathroom, are also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs we have the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom & private sun terrace. There is also a twin bedroom & further full bathroom.

The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens with secluded area to relax & unwind! Alternatively, you can take a dip in the private swimming pool & relax in the hot tub Jacuzzi. Delightful al-fresco dining area, BBQ & sun terraces.

Everything you need for that relaxing holiday in the sun.

Rooms with a view!

Villa Cordoba is a very well equipped property , in wich we have spent a wonderful time .

The house is very well equipped ,both indoors and outdoors.

Three very nice bedrooms each with its own spacious bathroom.

Outside a swimmingpool and jacuzzi in a beautifully kept garden.

A car is recommended.

Thanks to the very good directions from mr.Ian Gillespie easy to be found.

Thanks again Ian ,we've enjoyed our holiday very much!

sejour parfait en famille . villa tres confortable

très jolie villa, tres bien entretenue, tres bien conçue pour un sejour en famille ou avec des amis. le jardin est tres agreable et nous avons profité tant du jaccuzy que de la piscine . c est extrêmement calme . la climatisation est également un vrai plus eu égard aux fortes chaleurs de cette région .

le balcon de l Europe est tres proche en voiture ainsi que différents centres commerciaux .

l agent immobilier est tres réactif et agreable .

Summerlife in the garden

Villa cordoba is very well equiped and were not really missing anything. The WiFi was a bit disapointing to our kids. We really enjoyed our stay and spend most of the time outside in and by the pool and jacuzzi.

The beaches are about 2,5 km away and since it was really hot we really suggest that you rent a car. It is very hot to walk uphill back to the villa.

Casa Cordoba was beyond our expectations. It is very large inside, with 3 really good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is a good sized garden, roof terrace, 2 verandas, and a nice pogoda above the house as well, so you have good opportunities to have shade or sunshine all day long. There are both sea and mountain views from around the villa.

Service from C&G Inmobilaria was great - nice, easy to follow driving directions and instructions for picking up the keys.

Excellent!

The property was exactly as descriped. Silence area, wonderful view to the sea, beautiful garden and don't to forget the pool and the jacuzzi. Amazing! The house was very very clean and nothing was missing. We would like to point out the customer service of the manager - unbelievable. Everything was well arranged, there was no information missing. He did a great job! We really enjoyed our stay and absolutly we can recommend this proberty.

Beautiful with great view!

This nicely furnitured and clean villa is situated in a quiet area with a great view. The garden is beautiful, not very big but very well maintained. We had some problems with the AC and the jacuzzi but all problems were solved very quickly. A Lidl is nearby, and Nerja is within a 5 minutes drive. Nerja is wonderful, but we were disappointed by the (crowded and dirty) beaches and seawater in the neighourhood. Fortunately, we had a great pool! Great house for a family holiday!

Nerja! The jewel of the Costa del Sol. Probably the best climate in Europe!

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!
