The property, a former Banana plantation was built in 1990, has been carefully renovated, retaining it's original character during the transformation into a stylish rural retreat. Stone has been combined with high-quality materials in spacious reception areas,

terraces and porches. It's furnished in a Canaries country-house style. Subtle and luminous

colors combined with a carefully planned layout create a warm and harmonic

atmosphere.The extensive gardens, terraces and the pool offers a spectacular views

Fantastic Villa and outside area.

The villa far exceeded our expectations. We felt at home straight away and barely left it in the 12 days were there apart from to get supplies for the BBQ.

The rooms were great and the outside area with the pool and beautiful gardens were fabulous. We spent most of our holiday lay around the pool reading in the sunshine and having BBQ's in the evening. Petra was lovely and very helpful. If we ever went to Tenerife again we would definitely stay at this villa again or her larger one if there was more of us.

We booked the Villa Casa Banca for celabrating a family members birthday. The payment was done and I checked several times that everything was alright, which they confirmed. Just a few weeks before the arrival we we`re told that the house had been reported as available on those dates even though it wasn´t. We were told that it was the first time this happened and that they could let us rent Villa Tres Palmeras instead for free. We got the paymant back as promised. If it wasn't for the problem we would give 5 star for the Villa! It's even better looking than on the Pictures. We loved the pool and the Little garden, it´s perfect for barbecues and theres a lot of space. The Villa has very modern standard and the beds are very comfertable. We would definitely like to visit again.

A lovely relaxed stay

We arrived after a late delayed flight and struggled to find the property. We phoned the owner who was very helpful and Petra came to meet us at a local garage.

The villa is lovely. Very rustic. There were only 2 of us so we had lots of space and it had everything that we needed. You wouldn't be able to come here without a car but, with it, it's very close to lots of beaches and things to do. Petra was fabulous and fixed the only issue we had, which was with the internet, straight away. The rooms were comfy and the outdoor areas were wonderful for evening drinks and meals. Pool area etc also lovely. Overall, we'd definitely look into staying again if we were to come back to Tenerife.

Fantastic holiday in perfect location.

We had truly amazing time staying in Villa Tres Palmeras. The house and its surroundings are fantastic. Our kids spent all their time running around the house and in the very spacious garden. The pool is great and of a decent size even for adults. We've enjoyed our pool parties with friends when the kids had gone to beds. The house is secluded (great!) but with very easy access to beautiful beaches like Playa del Duche (10 minute drive) or towns like Los Cristioanos (15 minute drive), so it's perfect for someone, who values his/her privacy. The house is well equipped with large BBQ - just perfect, everything you need is there. A car is a must though. The house has pictoresque view to the neighbour island La Gomera. There's so many things to do in the area where the house is located, i'll mention only few like diving with sea turtles in Puerto Colon, Siam Park, Los Gigantes, the town of Masca, numerous beaches. We don't usually go to the same place as we've already been to but this time we would really consider going back to Villa Tres Palmeras. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
