What you see is what you get as the saying goes. Look at the photos - look at the property - they match (as they should). Thank you Norman for loaning your house. As you know, would have booked again but somebody else!! beat us too it. Missing the lanai in the sun already. Apart from your 3 neighbours you have more sun on your lanai than any other property on the complex.

Really was the perfect property for a family to stay at
This townhouse is close to Disney theme parks.192 is around the corner with plenty of restaurants, Walmart, Target, Walgreen and outlet stores. We didn't use community pool or porch for weather was cloudy, cold and wet. House itself is comfortable enough after a long day out in the theme parks. It has a full kitchen but little condiment. Pots seemed unwashed with burnt marks sticky, we bought scrubbing sponges to clean them. Toiletry is bare that we bought our own. We didn't use the dishwasher for we didn't cook big meals. Washroom floor mats need cleaning and/or replacement. The toilet on 1st floor had problem with flushing mechanism and my husband fixed it. I would have washed the towels before departing if there laundry detergent is provided. This is a very safe gated neignborhood but a little thin in soundproofing. All in all, a nice stay.
Laurence, thanks for taking the time to review our property and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Our property, unlike hotels but like most other rentals in a condominium community in the area, provides the basic initial supplies (an initial supply of toilet paper, coffee filters etc...) but guests do need to then pick up supplies to carry them through the duration of their stay. While we have an in unit washer/dryer (which can be a huge help in minimizing the amount of clothes you need to bring for a trip) similar to other condo rentals you do need to purchase laundry detergent.
As owners we appreciate you pointing out when things need replacing/fixing over time such as the floor mat & and toilet. I'm going to check with our cleaning crew about the pot as it seems a guest must have left it uncleaned or not fully cleaned and our cleaning crew apparently did not notice that.
