Magnificently authentic farm with panoramic lake and mountain ranges

Authentic Haute-Savoyard farmhouse of stone, wood and beams from 1900 located on a plot of about 1 hectare with a panoramic view of Lake Taninges and mountain ranges.

The farm is very spacious with its 190 M2. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 160cm double bed with shower room and WC, 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a room for 2 children with 2 single beds. 1 playroom room with a sofa, LCD TV, games console and Wii with games. A very large living room consisting of a TV area and sofa, armchairs and dining area, fireplace with many closets, dressers and wardrobes.

Guests can also enjoy meals in the kitchen equipped with everything necessary.

A bathroom with bath and 1 wc and 1 small technical room for washing machine, 1 room for wood and a glass roof for storing ski business or beach accessible from the outside.

Très jolie et grande maison très bien équipée et très propre. 6 adultes, nous ne nous marchions pas sur les pieds. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Environnement très calme propice au repos. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Toutes les commodités à proximité (Taninges), nécessite une voiture. Stations de montagne faciles d'accès (Morillon, Sixt, Samoëns, le Praz de Lys).

Perfect place!

It's always a bet when you rent a house for your holidays....This time we were super lucky.

You have a super view on the lake, everything that you need in the house (plus huge TV and dolby surround) and you are at 10 minutes from Morillon where you can ski all day.

Last but not least this family will welcome you warmly and make sure that you have everything you need. Thanks a lot Sylvie.
