My condo at Laguna Beach has been in our family for over 25 years. My parents bought it as it was under construction and included many custom touches. At that time there was nothing on the beach side and we had an unobstructed view to the ocean. We've seen it grow up over the years, but we still love it because it is so close to the beach, and it is our home away from home. I purchased it from my parents in 2004 and did a lot of renovation and upgrading. We love going to the beach, and these beaches are the most beautiful in the world! The sound of the waves and the beautiful turquoise green water is so very relaxing. Add a cool beverage and a fishing pole and you just can't beat it anywhere! There are several places nearby where we enjoy eating out, but our favorite thing to do is to get some fresh seafood from the local seafood market and cook it up at the condo. We have many friends in the area and we usually end up with a house full to join us in the seafood feast. We get so many positive comments from our guests who enjoy staying there as much as we do. Just one stay will tell you why!

Laguna Beach is at the west end of the beaches and is considered the quiet end of the beach. There are mostly single family homes and some condos (but nothing over 4 stories high). There is only one hotel and there are no high rises. This makes for a beach scene that is family oriented and uncrowded.
