It is located in a mansion from 1725, listed historical monument ', one of the few survivors of the 1944 bombing that destroyed 80% of the city. One of the last places reflecting the golden age of the city.

Luxury in the midst of history

This is a beautiful property steeped in history. The apartment in located within the walled city itself and is central to everything. It is very clean, has a very well appointed kitchen, and the various appliances in the kitchen are all top of the line. A pleasure to stay in. The owner is very involved and attentive to one's needs. We will come again and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends or relatives. If you do not have a car, would recommend taking the bus that runs in a circle from the train station to the Port Dinan (Dinan gate) on the west wall of the city - it drops you off a block and a half from the apartment. Beautiful walks along the promenade, around the city of St. Malo itself (the ramparts are not to be missed) as well as around the point to St. Servain. The supermarket (Carrefors) is also close by but a little hard to find - it has anything you need).

Magnifique appartement dans un immeuble historique du vieux Saint Malo, miraculeusement préservé, disposant de tout le conforme moderne. Ameublement contemporain en harmonie avec le caractère historique du lieu.

Tout a été pensé pour le bien-être des occupants des les moindres détails.

Wohl kaum zu übertreffen!

Wunderschönes, stilvolles Appartment - in bester Lage - in einer malerischen Stadt. Es stand alles zur Verfügung, was man benötigt und mehr wie z.B. die Kapseln für die Nespressomaschine, feine Tees etc.. Dazu die persönliche Betreuung der Vermieter - alles zusammen ein unkomplizierter und vollkommener Urlaub für uns.
