Quietly, he is in a secure residence with caretaker and night watchman.

Individual garage (box) closed and secured inside the residence completes the look to park your vehicle safely.

At 50 meters from the Metro Saint-Cyprien, 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Toulouse hyper known by the Capitol Square or Wilson, you are close to the charming covered market in St Cyprien, like the Museum of Abattoirs modern art, green spaces grassland filters, not to mention the typical small breweries and quaint restaurants that are all the charm of the neighborhood.

Very close to shops and transport (Metro, Bus and Bike Toulouse), everything can be done on foot!

Great Location, Value, and host!

The apartment is clean and extremely well located, and a very good value. It's within easy walking distance of the town center, but also right around the corner from the metro. And Jean-Francois couldn't have been a nicer and more gracious host. Thanks for a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend!

An Excellent Stay

This apartment provided us a wonderful opportunity to stay in Toulouse for nearly two weeks, with more room than a hotel at a lower cost. The proprietor was extremely charming, very helpful, and was continually asking us if there was anything he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. When Toulouse was experiencing record-breaking heat, he provided a fan to help keep the apartment cool. He even drove us to the airport in the early morning of our departure date! The only downside is that the windows open onto a very busy street that was noisy day and night.

We had three people in our party. Any more people would have been too many, in our opinion.

If we return to Toulouse, we would stay here again.

Une référence sur Toulouse

Étant régulièrement en déplacement sur Toulouse (2 à 3 fois par mois), j’ai besoin d’un logement qui réponde à certaines exigences et facilite mon séjour.

C’est pourquoi je fais appel à chaque fois à Monsieur Déjardin pour loger dans l’un de ses appartements. D’une part parce qu’ils sont très propres et tous neufs, très confortables et très bien équipés.D’autre part car il y a un service que l’on ne trouve pas ailleurs : accueil comme dans les beaux hôtels (savons, shampoing, café, thé, corbeille de fruits … Il est même possible d’arriver avec le frigo rempli si on le demande) ainsi qu’une disponibilité très appréciable.

Un savoir-faire global qui rend les séjours très agréables.

La situation ne peut être mieux : Au calme, avec à la fois le métro et tous les commerces au coin de la rue. Le Capitole est tout juste à 10 minutes de marche.

Cancelación de reserva por parte del propietario

Hicimos una reserva para este apartamento para el día 29 de Julio hasta el 3 de Agosto. El día 25 de Julio el propietario nos anula la reserva aduciendo que tiene que arreglar algo, con lo cual nos ha dejado sin nuestro viaje que empezaba el día 27 de Julio y acababa el día 7 de Agosto. Si yo anulo la reserva pierdo el importe , si lo hace el propietario no pasa nada. Nosotros hemos perdido el importe de otras dos reservas.

Ya antes tuvimos problemas porque intentó alojarnos en otro apartamento distinto al de nuestra reserva.

Muy mala experiencia la nuestra con este propietario.

Très bel appartement

Jean-François nous a donné de nombreux conseils pendant tous les préparatifs du voyage et pendant le séjour en nous offrant un plan de la ville. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois, avec savons et chocolats posés sur les lits…

L'appartement est tout neuf et d’une propreté irréprochable, très agréable et très spacieux pour 6 personnes. Il est très calme et en même temps très bien situé, à 2 pas du métro et d’un petit marché couvert très plaisant, avec plein de petits commerces autour. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir du beau temps mais n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur car l’appartement est resté frais à l’intérieur. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le garage fermé dans la résidence car cela nous a permis d’avoir notre voiture en sécurité. A recommander sans hésiter pour un séjour Toulousain !

Appartement très propre, idéal pour famille

Appartement très bien situé pour découvrir Toulouse avec les enfants sans voiture.

L’appartement est calme et très propre. Il est confortable, bien équipé, fonctionnel et bien agréable à vivre.

Merci au propriétaire qui nous a mis à disposition l’équipement bébé et qui a nous a donné ses conseils pour passer de belles vacances à Toulouse.
