About the property

Flat in the heart of a ski resort for 4-6 people, completely renovated in 2014

This luxurious flat, completely renovated in 2014, is located at the foot of the slopes and near to ski schools.

You will find all you need at walking distance. The shops, a bakery, ski school, childcare, ski pass purchase and restaurants are all on our street. It is a peaceful and friendly area, in the heart of the village.

As my wife is an architect and interior designer, we renovated in a very warm and friendly atmosphere with a great sense of style. She combined a lot of woodwork with high-end materials to create a feel typical to the Savoy region.

The property is located in the vast, interlinked ski region of 3 Vallées.

The Les Lauziéres house hosts 4 to 6 people measuring 30 m².

2 separate bedrooms:

1 master bedroom with large double bed (140 cm).

1 bedroom with bunk beds.

1 sofa bed in the living room (for 5th/6th guest if needed).

High quality mattresses, duvets and linen are brand new.

The open plan kitchen is completely equipped:

Dishwasher for 12 sets of cutlery, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, microwave, oven, and vitro-ceramic hobs.

The living room – with a lounge area – is as beautiful as it is functional and provides you with a comfortable space. In the dining area, a black granite table seats 4-6 guests.

2 large (82 cm) LCD television screens and a DVD-player.

Separate toilets.

Sheets are not included, but are available for rent.

Public paid car park nearby (we recommend P1 or P2).

Ski storage in the basement.

The slopes are directly behind the residence; you can go on foot.

Balcony is available to smokers or just for those who want some fresh air.

The very well kept flat has always served for personal use of the owners.

My wife being a Toulouse based architect, we purchased the flat by the end of 2013 and renovated it completely in 2014. Val Thorens is the top ski station of the Alps, and the highest one too. So enjoy your stay!
