4 bedroom, 2 bath, near a small port facing Bréhat

New house very close to Paimpol, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Its garden is closed and trees, two large sun terraces (south / south-west) will allow you to enjoy the garden, a good barbecue or a nap in the sun on loungers.

The ground floor of the house is fully equipped for a complete autonomy. You will find a kitchen, opened on a bright living room opening itself on two terraces with large windows.

A master suite with a 160x200 bed and adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower will welcome you. The toilets are separated.

Finally, a laundry room is available with washing machine.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and a 3rd bedroom with two beds 90x190 and a cot, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a mezzanine relaxation area.

This house is 300 meters from the famous coastal footpath GR 34 and a small marina "Port Lazo".

The town where you will find two bakeries, a butcher shop, a pharmacy, a florist, Intermarché, two banks, bars, pizzeria ... it is 2.5 km.

Beautiful Home for a holiday

We spend (only) one week in this beautiful and well equipted house. There is hardly no need to visit any places since the garden is the best location to relax.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ausgesprochen ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung. Vom Garten und 1. Stock sieht man das Meer. Sehr gut ausgestattet - Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz den Tatsachen. 4 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern - somit auch sehr gut für zwei befreundete Familien geeignet. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - wir haben viel gekocht und gegrillt. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd ... .

Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inklusive, was sehr praktisch war.

Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt mit Liegen und ausreichend Sitzplätzen.

In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am kleinen Strand von Port Lazo. Wanderungen und Radtouren sind sehr gut direkt vom Haus weg möglich.

Die französisch sprechende Besitzerin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr sympathisch. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts war unkompliziert und schnell.

Für uns war dieses Haus ein absoluter Glückstreffer und kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

La maison est au calme, propre et très confortable, le jardin est magnifique. On a adoré se balader sur le GR34 et dans les environs.
