Located steps away from the water, you can relax while listening to the sound of waves from your private balcony overlooking Pensacola Bay, or take a short walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. This second floor unit is a clean and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo features unobstructed views of Pensacola Bay from the living room, master suite, and private balcony. You can also experience spectacular sunsets from the private balcony if you visit during late Spring, Summer or early Fall. The larger bedroom features a queen size bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed.

Although the condo is less than two miles from Casino Beach, which is the primary location for shopping, restaurants, night life, jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing companies, public fishing pier and other entertainment options, you can still relax at this relatively quiet and uncrowded location. The condo is also within walking distance to one of Pensacola Beach’s most well known seafood restaurants, Peg Leg Pete’s.

Just come as you are! We supply all the amenities you'll need for you to enjoy this modern and well-appointed unit! Including a fully equipped kitchen, flat panel high definition TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player and Bose surround sound in the living room, quality linens and bedding, and a table with four chairs on the balcony. A private bath with a garden tub is located in the master bedroom. All soaps for kitchen, bath and laundry are supplied. Come and relax in paradise!

The condominium complex includes an outdoor pool, private sandy beach, pond with fountains, and private fishing pier exclusively for guests and residents of Baywatch Condos. Covered parking for 2 cars is provided exclusively for this unit.

Great time in Pensacola!

Property was as advertized! Clean, fast wifi, laundry in unit, great location, comfortable temperature in side. Snacks provided by owner were a nice touch!

Baywatch B-5 at Pensacola Beach

Beautiful view of the bay. We enjoyed the outdoor deck. Kicthen and bath facilities were very clean and functional. Convenient parking. Ideal location on Pensacola Beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

1st time in Pensacola

Each year we take a trip after Christmas into the New Year this year we decided to check out Pensacola! This property was a great find for sure!! It was VERY clean and tidy!! It had plenty of amenities from extra toliet paper to sugar and spices in the cabinet! Plenty of towels; had beach towels and extra beach supplies in closets outside; even though we didn't use them-it was still nice that they supplied those things. Had a great view! A private Pier that you could fish from and walk along the bay side was really nice. Pool area was clean; a little small- it was way too cold to swim, but we did check it out. Area was quiet but it was off season; had no problems at all. Plenty of room for us 2 adults and 2 teens. The owners sent us message with all info beforehand and the welcome basket was a very nice gesture! thank you for accommodating our first trip to Pensacola and will book again in the future!

Great getaway!

Stayed here over Christmas to visit our daughter. The condo was perfect for us - great location near the beach...walked the beach in 72 degrees on Christmas Day...can't get any better than that!

After living throughout the country, Audrey and I wanted to escape city life for beach living. We relocated to the Gulf Breeze/Pensacola Beach area 10 years ago and absolutely fell in love with the area! We enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time on the water when we are not hard at work

As soon as we entered the property my first comment was "This is exactly what I am looking for every time we go on vacation"! The great water views, the deck, the proximity to the beach, it reminds me of pure relaxation!
Not to mention, it is exquisitely appointed and no detail is overlooked.
