Perched on a hill with magnificent views of the bay, Kangotan Vila is a very stylish house featured in numerous architectural magazines. The mix of modern architecture and traditional antique pieces is very striking. The spaciousness of this house, white on white throughout with dark oriental style carved wood enlivened with the dramatic colors of Turkish Kilims and Uzbek Suzani wall hangings, no description can ever do it justice. There are many special features, a Turkish corner with cobbled stone floor and fireplace, an elegant gallery, with book lined walls and writing desk and an atrium garden, open to the sky and only accessed from the master bedroom and bathroom.
Outside, the pool has sun terraces leading to a lawned garden. The bougainvillaea shaded dining terrace is the perfect place for a barbecue lunch or dinner. Kangotan Villa has an entrance hall opening to a Turkish corner, dining area, a step down to the sitting room ( Fans and Satellite TV/DVD ) with doors to the garden and pool. There is a kitchen with hob/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast table with a door opening to the dining terrace. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom make this villa as an exclusive destination for couples or families with up to 4 children.
