The outside area of the villa is fantastic as you have everything you need around the unusually large 12x6 private pool. There is an outside kitchen with double barbecue, fridge, wine chiller, bar and stools together with sun terraces, ample sunbeds, shaded areas, hammock and a beautiful wooden Bali style pergola dining area next to an ibizan style chill out seated area. The garden is mature with palm trees and plants and is very secure being fully fenced and gated with outside security lighting surrounding the property. The swimming pool lights and outside wall lights are controlled remotely by a switch on the covered terrace or hand remote. They create a romantic effect for evening swimming or dining in the pool area. All this is brilliant as you spend alot of time outside and can keep an eye on the children if needed…
The villa itself is spacious and comfortable and is split over two floors with a wide internal stairway joining them. The upper level of the villa comprises of a bright, sunny and spacious lounge / dining room with original beamed ceilings, tosca stone fireplace, stereo system, 60 inch flat-screen TV with multi-language channels and all UK channels including sports, news, films and Netflix. There is a DVD player and blue tooth sound system. Patio doors lead to the spacious front covered terrace where you can chill and watch the stunning sunsets. The modern and extremely spacious, fully fitted open plan kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, American fridge-freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, smoothie/juice maker and liquidiser. The separate utility room has washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom consisting of full bath and shower and a further 2 double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and one twin bedded room sharing a large shower room. There is rear access from the house to the pool making it safe and secure.
The lower level of the villa is reached by a wide internal stairway and consists of a very spacious bedroom with wooden floors, a large en-suite walk-in shower room with sink and toilet. This area can either have a large Queen size bed on its own or we can add 2 more twin beds. It is an ideal area for teenagers wanting their own space, a couple wanting privacy or a family with young children. Air con is installed in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. All the bathrooms are modern and beautifully tiled in neutral colours. The villa is situated in an enclosed, secure, private plot on the award winning urbanisation of Rafalet. The villa is able to sleep up to 10 people, more if cots are included. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and stocks everything you need including fresh bread and croissant baked daily.
The large rectangular swimming pool has steps leading into the shallow end which is 1m and gradually slopes to 2m at the deep end. There is a ledge surround under the water in the deep end for added safety. This does not inhibit jumping or diving into the pool in any way as it is only narrow, just enough to rest the balls of your feet on and hold on to the sides of the pool. There is a shower next to the pool. There is also a beautiful open terrace and a large covered terrace with stunning open views of the valley and towards the village and church of Benitachell.
Javea: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches. Javea itself has three main areas. The 'Arenal' offers beautiful Sandy Beaches, a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants with a small fair for children in the Summer Months with rides trampoline and go carts. The 'Port' is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate Cobbled Streets, a brightly lit Promenade of Restaurants and Bars and clean Pebbled Beaches. The Historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets. The beautiful picturesque historic Town of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed by the Visitor along with the breathtaking 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby Towns include Moraira with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large Port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada, Benitachell and Gata de Gorgos.
