overall nice, but needs a little work

one of bedrooms short a couple lightbulbs working, the dryer is very week, deck chairs were dated, but overall, the place is very nice, we would return for sure. above is just maintenance issues. rather quiet. could smell cigarette smoke a couple of times from some other unit on occasion. still minimal complaint.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view, clean with everything you need to get your vacation started. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping. Pool and beach so accessible you never want to leave.

Great location, condo needs update

We love this building and have stayed here many times before. This unit’s location is nice and the amenities are good. Just know that it’s vastly outdated…all furnishings, curtains, tile, carpet, artwork look like they were there when the building opened in the 90s. The patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired. The front door sticks really badly and makes a very loud sound every time it’s opened. And the blinds in the master stop about 6” above the window sill, making it impossible to keep out the sun in the morning. But it’s well stocked and fine…just not what I’d call nice.
