This studio of 23 square meters, on 7th floor without elevator, through a beautiful 300 years old stairs, has a clear view on parisian roofs and on Sacré-Coeur Basilica. 4 people can stay in (more comfortable for 2 people).

The flat was fully renovated in October 2014, and contains in the main room 2 single beds 80x200 (which can be assembled in one double bed 160x200) and a sofa-bed for 2 people 140x200, a big table and chairs, cupboards and wardrobe,

42' flat-screen television, DVD player and free high speed wifi,

Kitchen with oven, micro-wave, induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, dishes, kitchen equipment,

Shower room with wash basin, hair dryer,

Bed linens and towels are provided.

The building is located Montmartre street, which exists since the king Louis VI, in 1137, created the market of the Halles. It was joining an ancient path coming down Montmartre hill and became one of the main axis of the area.

The area of the Sentier was known during the 19th century as the center of textile industry. The writer Honoré de Balzac mentions it several times in his book 'Le Bal de Sceaux', when Émilie de Fontaine discovers Maximilien de Longueville selling cloth. It was also the area of print media, as Balzac tells it in his book 'La Rabouilleuse' where Philippe Bridau puts down his prose before going to eat to the Rocher de Cancale. The newspaper 'Le Tribun du Peuple', founded in may 1871 by the Communard Prosper-Olivier Lissagaray, had its head office in this building.

Everything you could possibly want for your stay in Paris .All in a small charming appartment

  • 5 of 5

Patricia and Vincent were great hosts and communicated efficiently and effectively prior to our arrival. The flat is located in a great part of Paris.Close to transport and local supermarket just doors away. The stairs are charming and a great adventure daily. Not for the frail or elderly but everyone else should be fine. The views over the roof tops were fantastic and we had everything we could want.Considerable thought has been placed in the interior design.Just Perfect.

Тихое местечко в центре Парижа

  • 5 of 5

We all really enjoyed it. The apartment is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything necessary. The owner is very caring and attentive. The location is also wonderful. To all the interesting places can be reached walking or by metro. The area is very quiet, many cafes and grocery stores. We are very glad we stayed on Rue Montmartre, we believe that this is the right place to stay in terms of price-location-quality. Thanks to Vincent and Patricia.

April in Paris!!

  • 5 of 5

We loved Vincent and Patricia's studio. We stayed for one month and it was wonderful. We could walk to the Louvre to the south or north to the Sacre Coure. Our daughter joined us for 5 days and we had plenty of room. We were almost next door to Paul's, a wonderful Patisserie and to the City market. You can cook your own meals since the kitchen is well fitted or eat out. There are many restaurants In the area. The metro is also very close. We used the washer many times. We had to get use to climbing the 130 stairs so make sure you are in good shape. Vicent responded immediately when anything needed fixing. We will stay here again when we can get back. Thanks again for the wonderful studio apartment.

Great place in Paris!

  • 4 of 5

The apartment is at the top floor and has a good view of the The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and everything you need to cook your own meals are provided. It's a short walk to The Louvre, and the Grands Boulevards Metro Station is around the corner.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone who doesn't mind a few stairs and wants a great place in Paris!

Great stay, perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

The flat was perfectly located in the city. If you couldn't walk to where you were going, the metro was just around the corner. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. By the end of the week, we were used to the steps! The space was sufficient for our family of 4. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Stay here!

  • 5 of 5

I have travelled some, stayed in hotels and apartments. Traveled as a couple, or as a family.

This apartment was my hideaway this summer in Paris, and for my three children.

The owner is very swift to respond to any questions, and he sends clear information for your stay in advance.

The location is brilliant, on the 7th floor of a 300 year old building. There is no lift, so you walk all the wooden steps to the top.

Gives you some "Les Miserables" feeling, but the building and the apartment is very well kept in shape. The apartment is very modern, with "new" colors and style. The feeling is a more historic sensation when you enter this pre-Revolution kind of building. "Can You Hear The People Sing.....", and then you enter a brand new apartment for you to enjoy.

The apartment is 23 square meters, but is brilliant for two persons. And for a small family, as well. It works very fine over days.

We watched Euro 2016 on the widescreen TV, and had view over the rooftops of Paris behind the TV. Magical.

The apartment is equipped with all you need for your stay. It feels practical, as well as very up to date.

I stayed here for six days, and the best review I can give is that I did not think much about the apartment during the stay. It had comfort, so that i felt relaxed returning home. It was practical, so that I could live there without any challenges. It was modern, so that I felt it had the feeling of a nice hotelroom. And it was very clean.

This apartment has it all- inside.

Outside it is centrally located, close to the metro. Close to supermarket and restaurants. You decide that you want to go out, and minutes later you are on your way!

This is a brilliant choice, and I would recommend this flat to you all.
