Great apartment, exactly as described. Great facilities. Kids and I have a wonderful time. Pool area is very spacious and relaxing, and literally 50m walk. Only thing missing is that an outside table would be nice for al fresco dining, but this wasnt a problem for us. Dealing with Brigitte and Terry (property manager) was also very easy, which for me is always important in private rentals. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Barloventa 144

Sehr gute und ruhige Wohnlage, reichlich Platz, 2 große Schlafzimmer, ein schöner Wohnbereich mit Terrasse, eine erstklassige Küche, Parken vor der Haustür, großes Bad mit Waschmaschine und der große Pool wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Pool ist nur für die dort wohnenden Hausbesitzer vorgesehen und nur mit einem Spezialschlüssel zu betreten. Es ist alles hervorragend organisiert.Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings empfehlenswert, für den Einkauf, zum Strand zu fahren mit den Badeutensilien und natürlich die Insel zu besichtigen. Das Objekt ist eine erstklassige Empfehlung.

El chalet es inmejorable. Amplio, perfectamente limpio y con todo lo que se necesita para el dia a dia. Si volvemos a fuerteventura sin duda repetiremos.

Logement spacieux et agréable, très ensoleillé et calme. Tout est prévu pour que l'on se sente à notre aise. Merci. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de l'espace extérieur qui nous laisse le choix entre soleil ou ombre et ce toute la journée. La proximité de la piscine privé m'a ravi. J'ai beaucoup aimé le contraste entre ce paysage lunaire et la civilisation (centre touristiques et sa végétation luxuriante, les plages de sables très fins). Nous avons fait de belles balades dans la nature. Les enfants nous ont déjà demandé quand revenons nous... C'est pour vous dire que tout a été parfait pour eux et pour nous. De belles vacances nous avons passé. Merci pour toutes vos précieuses indications qui nous ont fait découvrir ce beau village de pécheurs. En relatant notre séjour à plusieurs de nos connaissances, ils envisagent sérieusement de vous contacter pour un séjour prochain.

Nous sommes un couple de retraite.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve à Fuerteventura .

Notre maison était un havre de paix,les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et la personne qui nous accueille très sympathique.

Quant à la maison tout est parfait,propreté,confort,tout est fait pour passer des vacances merveilleuses

Nous recommandons vivement cette location,idéalement située pour profiter de l.ile la journee et se détendre ensuite au gre du soleil sur les 2 terrasses,ou profiter de la piscine (magnifique,très propre)

We spent two months at Caleta de Fuste staying in property #1300127 which was at the very back of the Fuerteventura Golf Course complex. This was a house which consists of four separate apartments. Ours was Number 144 on the ground floor. It had two large bedrooms, a fully fitted and well stocked galley type kitchen with an extension around the side for utilities, complete with dishwasher, large fridge freezer and enormous sink with lots of space. The lounge area is enormous which leads into another equally large conservatory area to the right. The lounge has a large 'L' shape sofa bed and large coffee table, with satellite TV on the wall, although most of the programmes were in German, French or Austrian. There is a highly reliable free WiFi. The Conservatory area had lots of furniture for sitting and two tables. We moved the dining table into the large lounge for our own convenience as there was only myself and my wife. Susan used the conservatory to undertake her art work.

One bedroom is a large double with lots of space for hanging clothing and drawers for other clothes. The other bedroom is a twin bedded room with adequate space for clothing. This second bedroom has a door which opens to the front patio. The bathroom is large and bright with a large and highly effective shower system, which we appreciated. There is a very effective washing machine in the corner.

Armando is the agent for the property and extremely helpful and responds as soon as you contact him if needed. The rear patio has two sunbeds with cushions and is ideal for sunbathing in the morning and then you can transfer to the two sunbeds on the front patio in the afternoon when the sun moves position. The gardens front and back are well maintained and beautiful. There is a well maintained communal swimming pool only a few metres from the property.

The property is well placed for activities during the day, being a 20 minute walk to the centre of Atlántico with restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, hairdressers, cinema and the Spa supermarket which is very well stocked, or a 40 minute walk to the next centre with more night life. A taxi will cost between 3-5 euros, depending on where you are going. A car is not essential, but is recommended for the freedom to visit the rest of the island. Drinking and driving on the island is totally prohibited and the police have a zero tolerance level towards it.
