A bright and separate bedroom (with a balcony opening onto palm trees)can be arranged at your convenience with either a double bed or two single beds. There is a leather sofa in the living room with a real mattress and a fast opening system.Separate WC. New bedding and pillows. Possibility of a parking spot in the building´s car park upon availability. Apartment building with caretaker. All charges are included in the rates. Linen and towels are provided.The owner is easily reachable during your stay if need be. Deposit: 30% of the rent after acceptance of the rental contract. Bank transfer, cash, or PayPal.

This is a lovely, quiet property equipped with everything you will need for a successful holiday. Fabienne has thought of everything. The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. This was the most beautiful holiday apartment we have stayed in. Thank you Fabienne for a fabulous holiday!

Absolutely great!

We wanted to have a "temporary home" for 10 days to experience the Christmas at the French Riviera. Cannes was a great choise and the apartment was just at the right distance from the center. We could walk to the center (and also round the whole Cannes several times). Our lovely host Fabienne showed us where we could do the shopping etc. And the apartment was just what we wanted. Clean, cosy and having a lot of space for us two. It had all the needed equipment and the wireless LAN was a welcome surprise. Saved us money. With the train we could visit Grasse, Monte Carlo, Nice, ... A great holiday.

Wohnung wie auf den Fotos abgebildet

Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht. Parkplatz in der Hochsaison etwas schwierig zu bekommen im Hof. Allerdings war in den Nebenstraßen meist ein Platz zum Parken. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit bei Rückfragen.Gerne wieder.

Hübsche kleine sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung gehört zu einer gesicherten Wohnanlage. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum. Es fehlen leider ein paar Küchenutensilien. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet.

Accueil très sympathique, appartement bien rénové et décoré avec goût. Excellente literie. Calme total dans l'immeuble situé dans une impasse. Parking sécurisé. Grande propreté de l'ensemble avec gardienne très active.

Gute Lage

Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen genau der Wirklichkeit.Lage sehr ruhig!8 min zum Strand!Ca.15 min in die Altstadt.Die FeWo ist sehr sauber und sehr großzügig.Es ist alles vorhanden(vor allem Putzmittel in großer Auswahl!).Wichtig!Parkplatz war in der Anlage (Zutritt nur mit Code) vorhanden.Zum Casino Supermarkt 6 min zu Fuß (Einkaufswagen in der FeWo!!).Besser als mit dem Auto.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Fabienne (Viale).Wohnt etwas außerhalb Cannes.Wir haben uns sehr gut über Whats App verständigt.Besser als telefonieren.Sehr zufrieden.Johann.
