GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT WITH MODERN STYLE, VERY BRIGHT AND FRESH, TWO MINUTES WALK FROM THE MAGNIFICENT BEACH LLENAIRE. HAS THREE BEDROOMS, ONE DOUBLE BED, TWO DOUBLE BEDS 1.90 X 0.90 INDIVIDUAL AND A BED OF 1.90 X 0. 90. TWO BATHROOMS, ONE EN SUITE WITH SHOWER AND ONE WITH BATH AND HAIR DRYER. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH CERAMIC HOB, ELECTRIC OVEN, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, Mixer. THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY GARDEN TERRACE FITTED WITH ACCESS TO COMMUNITY POOL WITH HAMMOCK. ALSO AVAILABLE BBQ. THE LIVING ROOM HAS TWO LARGE SOFA AND TV WITH ACCESS TO CANAL PLUS AND SATELLITE. THE BUREAU OF THE INTERIOR ROOM HAS CAPACITY FOR 6 PEOPLE AND ALSO THE OUTER TERRACE. HAS PRIVATE PARKING AND IS VERY EASY PARKING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE ON THE STREET. THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF BUILDING A GREEN ZONE MAKE IT CALM, COOL AND VERY LIGHT

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet area

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment which had plenty of room for the four of us. In particular there were plentiful choices for sitting and relaxing either inside or out. Generally the facilities were all that wec needed, it was clean and well maintained and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was ideal for us with the beach only 5 minutes stroll away and the main town centre with a good choice of restaurants only 20 minutes stroll or 5 minutes drive away. Being set back slightly from the main roads and the beach meant that it was also quieter, so no problems getting a good night's sleep.

Overall I would definitely recommend it to anybody wanting to stay around the Port de Pollenca area.

Excellent property with all amenities

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing week . The apartment feels like a villa with all the space available and garden access to the lovely pool. There are plenty sunbathing opportunities with lovely enclosed garden to front and a shaded cool seating area with comfortable rattan garden furniture at the back with plenty shade if needed. Location was great for beach and only 10 -15 min leisurely walk to the square which we did most evenings, Plenty other restaurants in local area of great quality. I really recommend this property and the owner Cristina is so helpful and made our stay complete, Will def be back

We will be back!!!!

We have been renting private apartments for many years and this apartment was easily the best so far.

All the photos are accurate and the apartment was spotless throughout. Most importantly we felt like we were renting a home rather than the usual basic holiday rental.

The apartment was furnished to a very high standard and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.

I was little concerned with no air conditioning, especially staying in late July, but the layout of apartment and the front and back gardens help make the apartment perfectly cool all day and night. (There were a few fans in the apartment but we rarely needed them)

The pool area was clean/tidy and it was never busy. We frequently had it to ourselves. There were also plenty of loungers with no nonsense of people reserving them.

The pool itself was a good size and perfect for our boys (10 and 8). About 1m to 2m deep at either end.

The apartment is a few minutes walk to the beach, with a couple good restaurants and beach bars close by. The restaurants were generally busy and I would suggest booking a few hours in advance. Also, when busy, the service was slow but that suited us perfectly.

The port is about a 20 minute walk, although it is a very pleasant walk along the beach.

There is a bus stop very close by as well or simply ask at the reception in the Bahia Hotel across the road for a taxi. (About 5euros each way).

I couldn't recommend this apartment enough for a quiet, relaxing holiday but with the benefit of a busy port with plenty of quality restaurants and bars a short walk/ taxi ride away.

The apartment was lovely and a perfect fit for a family of 5. The apartment is in the perfect location within walking distance to everything including Peurto Pollensa. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows which brings the outdoors in...lovely pool area and many sitting areas for everyone. The only missing piece was air conditioning for the warm evenings which we knew was not provided. I would definitely return to this apartment again!
